Girl every time you talk about your TMJ I feel so validated. Literally going threw the same struggles rn. My poor doctors are like uhhhh hopefully it fixes its self because we are out of options.
I have suffered It from many years, this month I will be having an artroscopy for the pain, there are options, don't let doctors tell you to live in pain
@@911nmg my most recent step has been Botox but it didn’t really help at all. I have to get my wisdom teeth removed at some point so maybe that will help
@@Angryoyster I did botox, then hialuronic infiltracions and now surgery, which is last resort, so I hope between the extraction and some other tecnique you get better
@@911nmg I hope you get better as well. And I will try to be more vocal when at the doctors, it can definitely be intimidating as a woman cuz I’m always afraid of being seen as over dramatic. My saving grace is that my oral surgeon says I grind down my mouth guard in 3 months when it should be taking me a year and a half lol. So I try to use that to get my point across

Wow, I’m in awe of how much food your family is able to make for dinner. It all looks so good and I love the variety! And you can’t go wrong with having avocado toast for breakfast everyday. I recently started spreading a thin layer of mayo on the toast before the avocado and it was a game changer. Wishing you good health!

I think authentic cooking is aesthetic. This whole video hate me salivating and the genuine family interactions was so endearing! Also, what is with BC and the west coast when it snows?
