I don't know what it is, but she's got it. It's the combination of simple, yet amazing editing, great background music choices, and vlogging in such a way that doesn't feel forced as if we're actually there. And the cherry on top is she's so pretty. It wasn't by sheer luck you got 150k subscribers and all these views.
