For those who can’t do dairy, add plant based protein plus pb2 and 1/2 cup of chick peas. I also add a banana and cocoa powder. Trust me you won’t be able to taste the chick peas. This will up your protein intake.

I’m the same, I have routine stuff to break my fast and dinner and a more elaborate lunch of the foods I enjoy or try a new recipe from your programs. All based on protein, fat and fibre. I made almond butter. Took forever. I think my electricity bill & the wear & tear on my food processor might be higher than just buying it. Plus honestly. If you want to shut someone up, jam a spoonful of almond butter in their mouth or use it as a plaster crack filler 😆😆

It's soooo boring to eat only what's showed to be useful according to this or another research. I've been living like that for past few years but got so fed up and even depressed with this kind eating! So now I just follow kind of Mediterranean diet and allow myself one not so healthy dessert every day, and it works much better for me.
I am breastfeeding and started fasting as well. I was reading that it can be bad for babies. Is this accurate? I don’t think it is if you’re doing it but I just want to make sure.
It is a bad idea to go over 16 hrs of fasting while breastfeeding (17hrs+) as, according to Dr. Mindy Pelz, your body will go into a state of autophogy which is when your body rids itself of the toxins in your body and can be excreted thru the breast milk and into your baby. But she doesn't say breastfeeding women shouldn't fast, she just says to avoid over 17hrs. Usually recommends 12-15hrs. Hope this helps Editing to add that I watched one of Autumn's videos where she said she was doing 14hr fasts right now. I don't rmr which video it was or if she is still doing it.
If you have keto coffee in the AM but feel you need another cup before your first meal, would this be considered breaking your fast? (FYI, I use 1T full fat cream, Stevia and 1t of MCT oil in a cup of my keto coffee, though I could leave the MCT oil out, if needed)
I always get a good idea from your videos. You definitely eat like a person who spends a lot of time on food (nutritionist! of course!) so I know I'm gonna have to simplify a lot of this. I just hope I don't simplify out the key pieces.
Don't you eat any carbs? I am asking because I also have a baby and need to lose weight but alla of the doctors I habe asked say that I should eat at least 1 portion of carbs every day
She’s getting carbs with all the veggies and fruit that she eats. Nuts and seeds also have carbs. They are all high fibre carbs that don’t raise blood sugar.

👋🏽 im usually a silent watcher but I have a question that I’ve been wanting to ask for some time. I do intermittent fasting 16:8. But is possible to get the same benefits if I only do the fasting Monday through Friday and omit weekends. And your daughter is absolutely beautiful 💕
This is just my opinion. I think if you are already at your desired weight and health status it would be fine as long as you don’t go nuts eating highly processed carbs etc. But if you are trying to reach a goal weight and wellness level, then I’d say don’t do it.
