10 dkg all purpose flour
10 dkg whole grain flour
100 g chopped vegan dark choc
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 dl sunflower oil
2 dl plant milk
10 dkg brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon & clove

Vegan Waffle
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup plant milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ripe banana
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
APPLE & BERRY CRUMBLE:
fruit base:
3 red apples
1 cup frozen forest fruits (or any berries)
1 cup frozen cherries
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp clove
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp corn flour
Forthe crumble/topping:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup oats
4 tbsp agave syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut or sunflower oil
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Crepe:
2 tbsp corn flour
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
30 ml sunflower oil
3 dl plat milk
3.5 dl sparkling water
