I love those apple chips from TJ's and forgot to get some when I was there the other day 😕 I started prepping breakfast sandwiches recently to throw in the freezer and pack and they have been such a game changer because I got so sick of sad oatmeal in the mornings. haha. are you in the flight crew meal prep group on facebook? I see some great ideas in there! that breakfast looks delicious and peaceful. SLO looks like a beautiful place to be.

alyssa you bought new flight shoes that are too tight way too loosen them up take a hair dryerset on warm setting point at back of shoes for 10-15 minutes this will stretch them. for blisters that have popped take moist warm water tea bag apply to skin that is rubbing will remove sting hope these help

Todd I really enjoy packing some form of meat and veggies! For my next trip I meal prepped ground beef, zucchini and sweet potatoes. It’s such an easy go to for me!

@@alittlebitoflyss Ziplock baggies is a great idea. I've heard great things about Stacher bags. I don't own any of them, but that can be reused more easily.
