You know how I feel about diets! Technically, yes, WW is one but like you said it’s so flexible and just gives you that structure! Also the community is really great!
Hey Edyn!! Im really interested in WW, but like you I've had a bad history with calorie counting and I am worried point counting will be no different for me. How have you been able to do ok with point counting when you have a history with counting calories in an unhealthy way?
You know, for years it just wasn’t the right time for me to lose weight. I could prioritize it, so I can’t tell you to just pull yourself up by the bootstraps or anything like that. I will say take it one day at a time, try to pretrack and try to eat food you’re excited about.
