lovely girl, u are so inspiring as a yoga teacher. im proud of u and i dont even know u, never having seen u B4. i wish i could take your yoga classes! i was so thrilled when i saw that beautiful deer wag her tail like a dog when she heard your voice! Between that and your "woke" attitude of kindness & modernity & health plus your passion motto about how u love "holistic wellness, home cooking, faith and intentional living" i guess i just quietly assumed u were vegan? then half way thru, i was genuinely saddened to see you eating animals! im thinking maybe u are unaware of the shocking cruelty attached to the meat and dairy industry? i too was unaware once. just hadnt given it a thought. but felt in my soul i was a kind person & animal lover. then i saw slaughterhouse footage of how the poor cows, pigs, chickens, (& omg baby deer!) are cruelly treated (B4 their killing!) and that was it for me. i fell to pieces. oh mate, i cried for days. (never could eat an animal again.) same with dairy. i always thought well thats just milking. it does no harm right? then good god i learned that the poor innocent cows can only give milk when theyve had a baby. so the farmers keep impregnating them, then taking their dear little babies away from them (for a similar sorrow filled life if theyre female bubbies, for slaughter if male) and ohhh the terrified cries of those baby cows screaming for their mums and the responding sad and confused cries from the mother cows just crushed me into tiny broken-hearted pieces. those poor mums. i have nightmares about how they must feel...hoping THIS pregnancy theyll get to keep their baby? but no again and again and again the baby is ripped away from the mother cos they want to sell to supermarkets in pretty cartons, the milk meant for those cruelly-conceived sad sad babies! im in tears again. the tears never end cos the cruelty never stops. i still cant believe its legal. i wish someone had told me all this when i was your age. not for the amazing health benefits & weight loss that cutting out meat & dairy brings (and lord knows i could have used back then) but for the hundreds or thousands of defenceless animals lives i could have saved from horrific cruelty by just stopping eating them & quitting meat & dairy earlier.

Love love love sunflower seeds. My faves are the Flamin Hot Limon from Frito Lay. I can only find them on Ebay or Amazon now. I tried the Takis as a replacement. It was odd, I got Takis flavor and seeds. The seeds didn't seem to be seasoned with the flavor. If you can find these, give them a try. I have several bags, I'll send one to you if you can't find them.

I would love to start a garden but I am not good at all with that stuff.

I’ve been off tracking for a couple weeks myself and it feels amazing. Although there’s still the thought of “am I eating too much or too little”, I feel like it’s just a much needed break. I do have weight left to lose, so I want to make sure I’m not screwing that up.. so I might go back at some point. :)
