The sushi rolls ffor lunch are a great idea. Thanks! When I was at TJ's the other day I noticed that tuna but kind of overlooked it in my quest for pumpkin spice Everything! I'm going back to get some because I'm on WW purple and with brown rice, the points for the sushi would be more than doable. And oh, I love the Smashmallows too. I had some that were coffee flavored a few weeks ago that were sooo decadent I couldn't believe it.

I haven't watched your why no longer vegan video,nor do I care to. I'm not even subbed to your channel but your vids sometime come up in my feed. It's stupid how people blame the vegan diet for there health and weight issues when all you basically ate was processed trash in your what I ate in a day videos, the hell you expect?! 🤷🏾‍♀️
