I say this in the video, but I'm going to say it again here: what you are about to see is how I eat while training for a very specific role and body. My body. There are definitely some choices that I would highly recommend regardless, such as avoiding processed food, but you need to eat the right amount of calories, and the right balance of food groups for YOUR goals, and YOUR body.
