I can’t believe Hermes messed up your order again! 😮 I have ordered from their website many times over the years and never had any problems. I’m on the west coast. Maybe it’s a different distribution center from yours. I hope you get the issue resolved soon. Happy New Year!🎊🎈 🎆

Wow, what's going on with the Hermes online service in your area? I ordered a twilly online and my item arrived the next day. ( i don't have a store where I live and the closest store is a 3.5-4hour flight away, so I was super impressed.) This is in Australia.
