Hello Rebecca, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. I have no doubt that you and your family gave her a wonderful life. I can tell that she will be missed. Thank you for making a video under less than ideal conditions. I hope you are feeling better. The color of your knitting project is so pretty. I have no doubt it will look great on you as will the blue tweed fabric. Our weather in Tennessee has gone from a low of 2 to a high in the mid 60's along with ice and snow.
Thanks Judy! I’m starting to feel much better. I think making the video and focusing on projects I’m excited about actually helped. Thanks for watching!
Hi Rebecca. My condolences on the loss of Suki. I wish you comfort in your memories. I look forward to seeing your video about the gala dress. I hope it was a wonderful time. My weather is likely similar to yours, but maybe a bit warmer and drier (I'm in Palm Springs, CA). I'm enjoying mid- to high-70s. Next in my sewing cue are the Easy Fit Trousers by Elizabeth Sweetwater.
Hi Rebecca, I'm so sorry about your dog. That has to be hard along with being sick. I got sick after flying to pick up my granddaughter in December, and it lasted almost a month. I didn't know you knitted. How cool!😊
I am very sorry for your loss, Rebecca. Glad you are feeling better. I am enjoying your channel, all your makes and plans! We have a similar color palette and style. I live in NW Arkansas and it has been very cold in the single digits... thankfully in the 40's today. Thank you for your sewing inspiration!
Hello from the Atlanta area. I just today found your channel and can’t wait to watch your earlier videos. The blue tweed fabric is beautiful and I can’t wait to see your finished jacket!
Hello Rebecca, Just recently found your channel and love your content. So sorry about losing your dog, I know how very sad that is. Love the blue tweed fabric and will make a great spring project. I've been sewing on some jeans too and also a sage corduroy jacket by Fibermood. We live in Iowa and the weather a couple weeks ago was alot of snow and -30 below wind chill, it has warmed up considerably now but winter isn't over yet!
I live in N.California. Temps are in the 50s mostly, so not super cold, but not warm. I haven’t had any sew-jo lately. However, I just purchased the Everyday Waistcoat by New Craft House. I think I’d like to make that and a pair of Chanterelle Pants by Sew Liberated. Probably in linen, but we’ll see. I’m sorry about your dog. I know how hard that is. ❤
Hello Rebecca enjoying your videos. I live in Illinois, so pretty cold, but sewing for spring and summer. Just finished a wrap skirt in a tropical print for a FL trip and need to make a tunic dress as well. Will be looking into the Vivaia shoes that you speak of. Sorry to hear about your dog’s passing.
Viki Sew’s has some great Chanel style jacket patterns. I haven’t made them yet, but just bought them in a sale. The patterns are for fabrics that I already have in my stash. So sorry to hear about your dog. I’ve been there. Take care.❤
Lol... the PNW was in the minus temps for the first couple of weeks of January... like-24°F one day... alot worst where my daughters family in Montana... then poof both households are in the high 30s n 40s crazy... but never fear winter is not over at the northern border 😂... your dress will be so beautiful n we all need jeans... that tweed is beautiful n to me says spring... while I'm here sewing flannel shirts to go with my jeans... whooo the tweed jacket to go with those jeans could be stunning with the right accents... thinking iridescent clear or white chunky lucite type links... hope you are well soon n hugs for you n your family... loosing a fur baby is hard... blessings
