Thinking of moving to New York, but not sure how much it will cost you? Though your mileage may vary, here is what I spend in a month in under 5 minutes. #manhattan #nyc #livingalone
A bit expensive to live in NY, but that's expected. I live just north of Tampa. I bought a duplex in 2010, live on one side and rent the other side out. Rent collected pays the mortgage payment, minus the escrow amounts. I spend more than you on groceries, but I don't dine out. No car payment, bought a used car for cash many years ago but have auto insurance. Basic TY, works for many channels with just the outside antenna. Have internet, of course 50.00 a month & phone is 40.00 a month, unlimited talk, text and internet. Not a clothes person and don't buy extra stuff, maybe once or twice a year. Didn't see where you contribute to a savings account or emergency fund.
I dont know why but among all of the content on youtube sometimes i just want to specifically watch yours. Sometimes i couldnt remember the name of your channel so I searched “do you ever feel like a rat” 🤣
Interesting stats, although imo weird you left out the amount for your dependents (toofie) Also yes would love a video on apartment hunting in NYC! Manifesting moving there in the near future 🤞
Toofie breaks even on her own expenses with her “online business”. Hope this helps! And I think I’m nearly out of the trauma window (2 years since I moved) to be able to talk about apartment hunting.
Christ!! 10 bucks for deodorant (just watched all your videos.) I will gladly send you some from Kansas. Love your choices, editing, and subject matter. As a former New Yorker, I appreciate the tours. Hoping to make it back in the FAll. Keep it up!
You didn't ask so apologies if you're not wanting feedback, but between Spotify audiobooks and Libby through the New York Public Library, you could probably cancel your Audible subscription (saying this as a previous Audible subscriber)!
Hello! I remember watching all of your videos a little while back but I cannot for the life of me remember what you do for a job/career. Would you mind sharing a bit more of that?
If this is how you spend every month I think you'll get a good financial rating when you go be a guest in Caleb Hammer's financial audit. Unless you have tons of credit card debt and no not actively working for your retirement xD
