Service dogs and miniature horses are the only animals permitted under the ADA to go to public places with their handler to mitigate their disability. Please do not bring your pets into non-pet friendly places. Please do not fake a service dog- this is illegal as well. Remember you’re not just faking a service dog, you’re faking having a disability. Penalty can range anywhere from a fine, misdemeanor, or even a felony depending on state laws for bringing pets to non-pet friendly places, for faking a service dog, and for distracting a service dog.
Service dogs are specifically task trained to help mitigate their handlers disability. This can take years of intense training! Please do not distract a service dog or a service dog in training as it is vital for the safety of their handler!Thank you for watching!!✨🦮

Occupations are hard with Thélia because most if the time she will be even more energetic after 😭 What I use the most are my Lickimat and Kong, she will be using them for 20/30min so I can enjoy it while it lasts 🙈 But once they're done, it's like nothing happened. I have one puzzle but she can get frustrated with it. Even when she succeeds, she is still upset when there is no more food. I sometimes use snuffle mat and a ball with food inside, but I don't really see them as occupation because I only use them for her meals, not during the day. It will help her eat slower 😊 But it doesn't really make her tired 😂 Finally, I try to find her things to chew, however I just can't stand anything that looks "gross" like animal parts. So she has stag and deer antlers, wood sticks, and I occasionnally give her vegetable gum treats and yak cheese. But same problem with those treats, she eats them fast and then she is even more energetic 🤣

That’s all understandable! Every dog is different- like people! I’m lucky I suppose in that enrichment and these things I’ve listed do help tire him out. Like when he feels restless/is pacing I’ll give him something like this to do and he’ll be asleep for hours afterwards 😂 I like giving him things to chew as well, I just forgot to mention that in the video! Yak chews are great and I love that you can pop them in the microwave at the end to make a puff that they can eat, so no waste! Atlas is a super chewer so I try to find things that can last longer than a day or two lol. We’ve tried Buffalo cheeks and he loves them and they last a while, but I have to watch how much he eats cause it can effect his tummy sometimes. Antlers have always been a go to for us and every once in a while I’ll get him a bully stick, but I hate it when they smell strong. Plus as he grew up the faster he started going through them. I love hearing what other people do with their pups for enrichment or things that they give them! Thank you for sharing and thank you so much for watching!!❤️✨

For our dogs they get soaked unkibble or regular kibble in their Kong that is then frozen overnight. We also have done wet food in this manner when we have it on hand. I definitely recommend. Depending into the dog it could take them half an hour to eat all the food from it. Our small dog takes 40 minutes and our big one takes about 20 minutes.

These were some really interesting ways. I think it’s great that you got so creative. I’m very lucky because my dog doesn’t get bored easily knock on wood and if usually fine if we’re in the house for a day or two without doing too much outside work but some enrichment I do with her is puzzle toys, Kong, scattering her food around on the backyard so she has to go find it, and hiding her toys. How do you have him get the kibble out of the water bottle? If you leave the cap on he won’t be able to twist it off I’m assuming and if you leave a cab off it just all fall out wouldn’t it. Also the wobbler toys are made by Kong right?

Oh you’re so lucky your pup doesn’t get bored easily!! Atlas is always needing variety otherwise he loses interest. Regarding what I do with the water bottle when I put his kibble in it- I of course leave the cap off and even throw it away cause it can be a choking hazard! That’s why I twist the bottle after I put the kibble in to make it a bit more challenging for him to get it out. Otherwise all the kibble would just fall out immediately without the cap on it. The big wobble toy is the brand star mark and the other one that’s a ball I don’t remember the brand! Both of them I got off Amazon!
