Absolutely :) nice just means pleasant or polite but kind implies it comes from the heart and is long lasting and part of who you truly are. It’s really outward projection vs character ❤

Its so funny that you are wearing a tiara and ball gown for your birthday, because I'm planning on doing the same thing this year. My cousin is making me a castle/palace cake so I'm going to have a wee photoshoot :-)
Happy birthday Lizzie!! I'm 43. First off, I only wash my face when I shower. I don't shower every day. I don't really get pimples. I'm not getting wrinkles yet.
lol watching this the day before our next birthday and when you said you hated your 22nd and 23rd birthdays all I could think of was that I also hated mine, but that was due mostly to the motor in my car going out and my parents not wanting to pick me up and help me because dad was mowing the lawn and my mom didn’t want to drive in the city.
@@mikhailboldt3417 it's kinda a joke that so many of my friends are born on July 22 because growing up I knew 7 people at my school who had the same birthday. And then my fiancé's aunts birthday is the 21st.
Hey Love ❤ I was bipolar. And with the right plan you will be ok. Just do wha u u u u u u love. Because at the end ladies and getlamn we will connect the dots. Signs. Colors. Creative minds don’t need to be in the prison that you created. Creativity is in the mind. Loot at the tree goes to the roots. Nature. NOT insta etc. they fooled all of. U. But nobody fulled me but MY Self. Love you ❤️
I used Retinal once for pimples, it does work. I forgot my psych meds on Friday night. I made sure to take them last night. LOL, rating your day, that would be a reason to keep a diary every day..
Are u on meds? I beat bipolar all in. I drilled deep down came back to natural balance. Good luck and god bless you for your videos. The helped me so much so much. I listed to myself I’m good when
Yes she is on medication. It took a while to get the right combination but finally she’s gotten stabilized. I would caution you about your bipolar being “beaten all in” bipolar isn’t really something you cure. It can be managed and made to be not as bad but it’s a lifelong struggle you deal with so make sure you stay with your treatment plan and don’t take a victory lap because it can get bad again without notice
I'll never go off my psych meds, but I'll skip days. I miss my dad; they are on vacation for 3 weeks. I miss them so much. We talk though. Lizzie, they are afraid to take me off my medication because they work. I have to call my doc this week.
I believe medicine can very important to continue consistently because it keeps you stabilized. One of the biggest worries of mental illnesses is that if you’re off meds you can go into an episode at the worst possible time. Medication while imperfect and does sometimes need to be adjusted is a big benefit because it reduces the chances of a crisis. If there are days when they’re not taken it can be a gamble whether something bad will happen. Overall I think unless they’re causing some truly terrible side effect (then call the doctor and talk about new ones) it’s probably advisable to stay on them to give yourself the best chance at a steady joyful life ❤
There are different types of emotional music; I have a stash of emotional music for rough times (though I don't always use it) but which aren't as purely sad as they are hopeful/soothing ru-vid.com/group/PLG3oxkI4B5k8i1lm5WROdXqzOQk72lstH
I’m not vegan at all I eat meat 🍖🥩 basically every meal but the statement does make sense. Even in the best diets you may not get every nutrient you need just from that diet. Overall a particular diet may be healthy good for your body and make you feel better but it could still be missing something. I don’t believe there’s any diet on its own that gives all of everything the body needs. Often times people do need to add in things on the side to fill in gaps that doesn’t make the diet bad it just means there’s a few items you may want to use alongside to achieve peak health.
Vegans live on average 15 years longer than non vegans, because eating vegan prevents heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, breast cancer, colon cancer + more!
@@LizziesAnswers incorrect. Diets rich in nutrients make you live longer. Vegan diet that consists of processed food actually shortens your lifespan and increases risks of heart disease by over 30%, for example, compared with an average non-vegan. Moreover, the healthiest community in America, who have the lowest amount of health problems in later life, are the Amish who eat plenty of animal products, and especially red meat. Why? Because they don’t eat processed foods. Veganism is not the “healthy” way, in fact we have no way of knowing its true effects because it’s only been popular on a large scale (and even that is only 1% of the planet) for the last 10 years or so.
@@kittykatkatkat7068you assume that vegans eat a lot of processed foods and that’s not always true. Vegan diets can be varied all over from strict hardcore raw vegans to people who are more permissive and eat some animal products from time to time. People who are vegan focus on eating fruits vegetables nuts seeds more natural products anyways that’s why they’re vegan is to be healthier. Of course any diet if you eat a bunch of highly processed artificial foods it won’t be healthy that goes without saying but it’s not specific to veganism. Vegans(I’m not one of them at all) choose that path because they want to get away from the unhealthy bad foods other people eat so I doubt most are replacing one bad food with others it defeats the point. Also your point about only 10 years of data is a bit misleading. If something is truly unhealthy or truly healthy the results can be seen very quickly. It doesn’t take decades and decades of perfect statistics to gain a general understanding of how something affects the body. Over a pretty quick timeframe it can become blatantly clear if something is harmful or helpful to peoples general well-being. Obviously there will be anomalies and long term texting may adjust the findings but on a standard basis foods medicines and other issues that impact health can be studied fairly quickly with the advances in medical sciences especially if the outcomes are major and very easy to see.
