NHL 25 comes out in just a few months and I thought it was a great time to discuss what I want to see in the new NHL game. End Of Year NHL 24 Review • NHL 24 FULL REVIEW AT ... Main Channel / @tony_sauce Twitch / tony_saucetv
We need full presentation back… with teams running out the tunnel and shots of the arena from outside like the old games! It would be cool to have an intermission report and new commentators and scoreboard! We need all the sights and sounds to be more realistic! Even the lights on the ice and different camera angles for the celebrations
No, not just bring it back, they need to improve on it, give us the best presentation in a sports game, why not?? I don't get EA sports business plan, it makes zero sense. Give the fans what they want, also faster menus and just more intuitive menus, why the fuck does it take like 20 plus minutes to sim through a season? Why does it take 2 hours to create a team? Because the menus are absolutely fuckin atrocious. They need to hire competent devs
@@NewDesignVinylGraphics If they give the fans what they want then more people will buy the game. Simple. I haven't played an NHL since NHL 20. Has it changed much since then? 😂 In some ways do I think NHL 14 was better 😂
At this point I could care less about some presentation we need warm ups, new game modes, etc: Winter classic, or all star skills. Literally any new game mode bruh
We should also be able to customize arenas better for created teams and relocation, we should be able to add team colors and chant on the screens that are in between sections not just a generic black, white and gray saying Go Team Go
I totally agree with the sticklift penalties and inference calls its brutal. I just stopped using sticklifts totally because of the penalties. Also when you're infront of the net and you try to shoot a rebound and spam the shoot button the player just murders a opponent player instead and they give you a interference call. I agree that hitting should be less rewarding and stickchecks should be more useful. Another thing that i find stupid is being able to score a michigan goal by pressing a single button behind the net. It should be hard to score that, that way when you or someone else actually scores it it's actually cool.
If you think that a P1 and a P5 has the same overall, you do not understand how that hidden mechanic works. The sliders are only averages for your individual level. Meaning, 95 deking for a P230 Dangler and 95 deking for a P450 Dangler is not the same thing. Your player’s true overall does, actually, increase as you level up. This has been the case since the introduction of X-Factors.
My biggest issue with NHL 24 is the loading times. It is honestly insane how long it takes to buy things in the Chel store. People have been getting used to it, but to me it is crazy how slow it is to load the smallest things. Not to mention little glitches like the screens on the arenas not matching team colors, etc. It just makes the game feel unfinished and half-assed.
i dont think its the goalies, i think the game makes the goalie not go agter the luck in order for you to come back and win or score your own goal...its like predetermining scenios
I love when i have it on all star outshooting the other team 38 - 14 and the score is 5-1 for them, i mean, i get it, that stuff does happen every once in a while, but its veey clearly scripted bullshit, tired of the opp 4th liners turning on god mode and pulling off a mcdavid level end to end goal. Its wild man, you could write a whole essay on ehats wrong with this game for the past 10 years and literally JUST scratch the surface
