The thought of loosing my mom terrifies me

this video made me feel so thankful that my mom is still here with me. i can't imagine my world without her in it.

This just made me think that someday I'll have to live without my mom. I can't live without her.

I wish I could meet my mother once again just to say sorry, thank you, and I love you.

The pain of losing a parent doesn't go away, it just gets more tolerable.

I lost my mom 2 weeks ago im only 12 but i know she is still here with me i love her so much she is the kindest person i have ever met she is the kind of person which you could talk to and within a few minutes she would make your day. There are people who talked to her for a few minutes many years ago who still remember her. This happening is just so sad for me i even knew i wouldn't have her for as long as i wanted cause she has been sick for years now dealing with lupis , authritus , one leg , Blader infection, and ect.. she was just so full of life me my brothers and dad we were her life she loved us so much even though she went through so much pain she was still so happy cause she got to spend everyday with us she lived life to the fullest she traveled the world has so many friends her family. I love her so much and i know i will see her again. There is also so much more i could say but i cant fit how much she means to me in one comment. I cant even form words strong enough to show how much she has helped me and impacted on me. Though im only 12 i will never forget the moments that we shared together

I've been without my mom for 11 years now. Now I'm a mom myself. My daughter is still very young but I try to make sure she knows how loved she is. Some days I feel like I know what I'm doing, but there's still rough days when the only thing I want is a hug from my mommy.

It's hard when you live with a single parent because if they are only like 5 minutes late, that's when you start freaking out and start thinking they got kidnapped or got in an accident.

Having lost my mother to cancer at 13, I can say that this really strikes a chord, and I wish I could tell everyone how important their mothers are, because no one appreciates their mother enough until they're gone. I know I never did, and I wish I could have.

My mom is in a hospital bed right now because of COVID, I’m a 16 year old teen and I’m so sacred of losing her, today I finally worked up the courage to see her and seeing the shell of the woman that raised me, in that bed with all those tubes broke me. I miss my MOM so much! She was my best friend! My hero! The strongest woman i have ever known. I love her so much! It was basically just me taking care of her while she was in home care hospice besides the nurses and doc who would come a couple times a week. There's no words to justify how much i miss her. My mom is still alive but everyday she gets worse. Yeah I grew up with her nagging me to take out the trash or go outside to get out her hair. My mom did show me how to treat a woman the way a woman wants to be treated. And yeah she isn't perfect, but growing up she was the most perfect person in the world. Superman, or any other superhero can't compare to our mothers. They wash the dishes and keep our houses clean. They care about us, and some ppl treat there mothers alike they're nothing. But, u know what, no matter how much u hate ur mother, she will always love u. She can never hate u. My family couldn’t afford a funeral for my mom in 2010. I wish I can go see her tombstone everyday we had her cremated. I took her ashes to Mexico on a bus (2017) we kept the ashes for a couple of years and gave them to my grandparents who were there birth parents. I kept a necklace w ashes for myself. My moms dad (my grandpa) passed away on my birthday sept 20 I had recently visited them that week and that Friday on the ride home he had a cardiac arrest and died. Life is full of un-expected surprises, good or bad. Value your parents and family for they will not always be there. I am 23 now it’s been almost 9 years on dec 23. And I write/text this here because nobody will read this. It’s hard living, it’s hard not having a mother. But no matter what you gotta push through.
