As a tabletennisplayer who struggles with nerves regularely, your insights are great. I used to try to ignore the feeling of pressure before a game and try to act like i dont care. Never worked 😂
Thanks bro for your comment and feedback! 100% the whole “don’t worry about it, don’t be nervous” only makes it worse. Feel the emotion, accept it and play anyway, then the nerves lose its power over you. Just like hunger, it’s just a natural response and emotion we feel as athletes
