I love the style of this video, very unique! These are great things to take note of. I’m so happy for y’all! Baby girl is just darling

1. Bring enough clothes for baby (and yourself)- don’t be scared to pack too much in hospital bag 2. Meal prep ahead of time or get a meal service 3. Practice with car seat ahead of time to reduce stress bringing baby home 4. Give yourself as much rest as possible, don’t even drive until Dr ok’s it 5. Get used to no sleep 6. Babies are pooping machines 7. Unpredictable feeding/sleeping schedules 8. What worked yesterday might not work today 9. Not all babies like swaddles Other mentions: wished she hadn’t been scared of epidural, wished she had requested the epidural sooner

She said we though some was wring with the girl😅 Seeing this just let me know it's so much of a handful with babies especially newborns . I never visions myself with kids and I'm so very afraid of labor too! I'm not ready ! I have to be mentally prepared for all this responsibility. So happy for you.

My newborn fights his way out of the swaddle too so he keeps waking up because of the reflex too. His grandmother calls the reflex catching flies, which I find very funny but makes it so hard to get any sleep or do anything around the house.

You should try a weighted sleep sack for her. Look into it and see if they make them for newborns? I tried them for my daughter when she was about 3/4 months and she slept pretty good and was pretty much peaceful waking up.

I had a epidural with our twins, the other 3 natural. The twins came pretty fast afterwards! A month, I didn’t drive for 2 weeks, my husband had to go back to work, and when you have other children you have to keep it moving. Thank God for grandparents and Aunts! With our twins, my mom was over here plenty! Definitely no heavy lifting or strenuous activities at least for 6 weeks!

Wow I am so happy and proud of you because I was a gestational diabetic too!! Omg that is so hard because when I didn’t get my food on time I would cry. When the baby wasn’t ready to come out I was mad at my husband like it was his fault. Girl I was a mess and those shots they wouldn’t let me leave the hospital without learning how to give myself a shot. So yes I definitely know exactly what you are talking about. But I had an easy birth with my daughter and my second daughter I had a c section.❤
