im so relieved to hear that the bands are what get stained easily and not the brackets 😭😭 i feel more at ease now as the ceramic brackets I'm getting are self ligating

this vid was SO NEEDED!! nobody talks about the bts of ceramic braces! ALSO the mid sound effect almost took me out HAHAHAHAH

literally!! i had no clue what i was getting myself into before getting these braces. i’m glad that others don’t need to struggle too😭 bahaha tyyy i couldn’t miss my opportunity to put that sound effect

Omg!! This was so useful omg, I’ve been debating between getting metal or ceramic braces for a WHILE (literally months) and my appointment is soon. Think I’ll go with the ceramics!! Could you please tell me what colour you had on your power chains? Or what colours you think would look good as ?

yay i’m so happy this video was helpful!! i totally get it was really tough trying to decide which ones to get :) i only ever got pearl colored power chains on my top teeth and silver on the bottom since i had metal brackets on my bottom teeth! i actually never tried any other colors😭 but i think light blue would look really good with the clear brackets🫶🏾 i hope the was helpful!
