I had a lot of fun with cyberpunk 2077 so I thought why not make a video talking about some of the things Id like to see in the sequel that is being made.

Personally I think no third person cutscenes until the end was a cool choice. Exclusively first person cut scenes made me feel incredibly immersed and I wouldn’t enjoy doing a floating cam third person cutscene in this universe.

I agree completely. The first person perspective is what made Cyberpunk so unique and compelling. No other game had me feeling like I was in the main character's shoes to nearly the same extent as Cyberpunk, going 3rd person would make you feel like a passive observer like every other game

appearance based cyberware (LED’s in your skin, metal skin, evelyn’s claws, etc) and corporate espionage missions

I wish for a Third-Person Mode for the game during gameplay. I couldn’t care less about Cutscenes but to see my character and what they’re wearing that’s not tied down to the Inventory screen and Motorcycles/certain other vehicles.l would be great. Another thing I’d like is for the city to be a bit bigger. I know Night City was pretty huge for its size, along with the Dogtown Expansion, but when I think of Cyberpunk City Settings, I imagine gigantic cities with vast infrastructures, more Holograms, and it can leave room for more side missions and gigs too if the city was bigger. Another thing I would love in a Cyberpunk sequel is Multiplayer or Co-Op playing with your friends. Like, it’d be fun to play with friends doing the story and gigs together as you or however many join you approach an objective. It’d also be fun to see how you are dressed compared to your friend when Roleplaying in-game. Tag Line for a Multiplayer Cyberpunk game can be: “Make the City Yours, Alone or Together” as it can also take Dex’s “Quiet Life or Blaze of Glory” question the other route as opposed to what 2077 did with its ending in which V lived the Quiet Life either way in their endings.

I think the reason why they didnt do a third person mode is because the animations are so bad and were designed to be seen from just the first person

@@HotTripod78 The animations were so bad because they didn't want to do third person, not the other way around. You might notice that the animations on NPCs aren't nearly as bad as the animations on your player character and that is because they didn't put the same effort into the third person view of your character because they never intended for you to see them outside of menus and the occasional reflective surface.

I was also thinking about multi-player with friends where you can fight with them and share Cyberware abilities, like give Sandevistan 3 seconds while applying quickhacks

- I want the life paths to work like the Paragon/Renegade system works in Mass Effect, instead of picking one at the start, every dialogue choice (or most of them anyways) should give some points into one of the three paths, and if you have enough points it unlocks new exclusive dialogue options. I would also keep the stat/skill checks and just merge them in. I.e. you may need not only to be Lvl 3 corpo, but also have 15 points in hacking if you want to convince a security guard to let you into the Arasaka building. - I also want a more fleshed out faction system. The Night City should feel like it's in an actual Corpo/Gang war. Do a couple jobs for Arasaka and maybe Militech will send a hitman squad after you. Also for some reason you can't shop in their affiliated store anymore. It doesn't have to be super deep and complex. But giving it at least some consequence would make it feel much more like an RPG. - Hacking could use big improvements, I like the idea they had originally with hacking specific access points to gain access to enemy subnets. It would be super cool if the player could then dive into the net, kind of like in Shadowrun games.

If my V decided to take the Devil's End, I'd like her to reincarnate using that engravement in a different body but keeping the same personality, skills, memories, and knowledge 100 years after the events in the current game. That would make choosing that path worthwhile, defeating death. Additionally... cooler weapons, more clothing variety, exciting new missions, traveling between worlds or planets or different environments in a remote planet that has been colonized, new transports, more interiors in buildings, NPC variety (alien races), no more John Silverhand, to be able to visit a future version of Night City at some point for a short period of time. What I liked to keep: cool dialogues, a rich story, bars and nightclubs, romantic scenes, modding options, and open-source code.

@@mrmindor4980 The events in Orion will take place 100 years after the events in Cyberpunk 2070, so technology has evolved, humankind and machines have colonized other planets, and the action takes place in one of those worlds. V's engram can be implanted in a new body that we can customize and can keep all or part of his/her skills acquired during the current game; sometimes, he/she has memories from her past: Pam, Jackie, Judy, etc.

Aside from actual cyber psychosis from the player or friends, I'd also like to see the trauma teams actually be an issue you'd have to face if you choose to kill a corpo or other person with the funds to have a trauma team premium package. Instead of the situations where you encounter them but they are no threat to you. Trauma team is supposed to be some elite force that shows up to save the guy who died and if its your mission to kill the person you'd have to defend yourself against them while you prevent them from reviving the guy

im one of the person who supports all for first person. but it would be cool to have a third person cutscene where it transition to first person when a mission is about to start like call of duty campaign mission. hell, i remember that the gameplay leaked had something just like that. i would also like to see my character that i customize myself

3rd person cut-scenes were removed for aesthetic and game-play reasons, and its something I 100% agree with. I do agree with you with regards to having your life paths-and your attribute choices-potentially playing a much bigger role in both the main quest and side quests. I also like the idea of open hostility towards a particular faction making it harder for you to openly traverse that faction's turf and do business within that territory. Another thing I would love to see is more cosmetic cyberware and the addition of a greater variety of modifications-especially to the hands and face (for example stuff like retractable fangs and claws that you can use in combat).

It is necessary to keep in mind that many fans complain that they cannot obtain all the items (especially emblematic weapons) in a single playthrough. Making such significant variations that they are practically 3 games in one, goes in some way against that too. There will always be something you can't get. On the other hand, something that seemed natural to players in this game, the total absence of Loading Screens throughout the game (something really difficult to achieve), I would not rule out the possibility of their appearance now. Mod support from launch, 1st/3rd person and NG+ are practically guaranteed. The devs would be crazy if they didn't incorporate it. High Hopes. Hype Low.

I’d like to see more play in areas like the mega buildings and the town areas where you have giant sky scrapers. Let us explore the structures in game. I appreciate the eye candy but why can’t I jump up and parkour through the city as much as I’d like? Interactions with Npc characters 50 ft up peeling through their apartment and have more stories inside these buildings. Add more to the desert areas as well

I'm personally really worried. Phantom Liberty to me already felt like it lacked the heart, and gripping story telling of the original game. The main story overall was good, but the side gigs started to feel like Americanized Ubisoft content to me. The original side gigs, and side content added to the world building, and atmosphere. I'm just not getting that feeling often here. Some of the time, yes. A lot of the time it feels like filler. The entire atmosphere of Dog Town also lacked was also in stark contrast to the rest of the city. It did feel like a city within a city. But it also almost felt like a game within a game.

@@Blakkrazor69 No woke stuff like: gay / lesbian romance options for V, plenty of gay / lesbian relationships existing between NPCs, trans people existing in this universe (Claire, the bartender of the Afterlife for example is trans), the fact that you can select the genitalia and voice of the opposite gender in the character creation / editing menu, the fact that many dress very flamboyantly, endless opportunities for body modification and self expression (wonderful for many lgbtq+ people), the whole themes of anticapitalism, anticorporatism and police violence are also pretty woke / left leaning themes, Johnny Silverhand is an anarchistic punk-rocker... But sure, no woke themes in this game, if you insist

I really want to see the 5th corporate war, phantom liberty did such a good job with world building and lore. Obviously the black wall and the rouge AIs are going to play a big factor. And I really want them to explain who Mr blue eyes really is.
