I mean you can certainly do one with Smugs and Salads, hell maybe even Carthus. But Masako has gone into more interesting and complicated What if's, ones that you wouldn't think could change the story in a meaningful way, but does.
Ok, it's official. when it comes to the Crossover what-ifs [this, the Sonic and Kingdom hearts ones ] Your a master at this with how you made different versions of Characters if the different What ifs merge and fit to make this story. also that Clithhanger I can't wait to see what happens next.
Well you can’t blame Kakarot for transforming into a super Saipan here since one of his moms just got killed. I have a feeling Frieza will have no chance against this iteration. Let alone this Krillin . And given how close he and Vomi were in that what if. Despite having the wrong name.
You outdid yourself with this one! I haven't seen the Chichi story so a few of the magical abilities are quite a surprise, but I kept thinking about how interesting this tournament would be animated, even if Raditz telling Kakarot that line in the end felt a little forced and the latter having little reason to attend already thinking he's the strongest. Also, I kinda feel bad for Tien. There's room for him in the plot, but all that had to sting. Krillin, Vome, and Super Saiyan were slight surprises, but welcome ones! The same goes for Bulma's shifting of interests - almost forgot there are other paths to follow here than the Raditz timeline. I'd bring up the mystery of how the next episode will go, but... well, it's looking quite destructive even with Piccolo's best plans. Provided SS doesn't drive Kakarot insane, Krilliin just started a game of tag... for keeps.
Really loved this part! The Narration and Storytelling where amazing! I Like how Granola is being brought in early because of Turles, Hopefully there will be more of that part before Granola is brought back into this series, though that may not matter too much considering how Different the Storyline already is. Also Really liked Chichi's and Launch's Magically abilities! Certainly makes things very interesting, especially for Launch! I like how the Match between Hercule and Tien went as well, especially with some parallels between how Goku's Fight against Tien went and the comedic elements of it. I'm glad things didn't go too bad for Tien, especially with how he needs more respect in the canon series. Also Love Krillin just easily flicking Tien aside like he's nothing, I'll savior as much as I can of this varient of Krillin being intimidating as much as possible, especially as he can't stay a villain for too long, either he dies like he did in that Radditz what if, or he redeems himself, which is hopefully the latter, and Who knows, maybe he can make for an Intimidating Anti-Hero for a while as well. Really loved the Match between Goku and Launch as well, Her magic and the ability to swap between her personalities with ease made for a very interesting and Dynamic Fight, can't wait to see more of her abilities. The fight between Krillin and Kakarot was especially amazing! I love how Strong Krillin has gotten and how Much of a fight he put up, especially with how intense and brutal it was. Radditz vs Chichi was a nice fight, and I like how Radditz VS Kakarot and Kakarot vs Goku went was well, nice to see the Family bond a little Vomi dying was sad, especially as I thought we'd see more of her, but kinda makes sense as everyone else has more potential and more what if stuff down the line, especially as some of them probably going to have certain what if children later on as well. Kakarot going Super Saiyan was epic though, especially scarier with how strong he is and how this event might affect him. I just hope Krillin Survives and is able to be redeemed in someway, rather it's a slow burner or not, as I definitely want to see a good version of this Krillin and how different he would be from the Canon Krillin, even as a good guy, and what ways he might be the same or similar. Perhaps if nothing else can Him and King Piccolo Stronger, maybe they can use the Dragon Balls to wish to become the Strongest on Earth/The World, and thus allow for King Piccolo to Shine as a Villain and have Piccolo Jr, perferably without either King Piccolo and/or Piccolo JR being Immortal, and It would be Nice for Saiyan Crane School Krillin to be even more of a threat. It would definitely be fitting as the King Piccolo Saga was when the threat and danger really escalated to a whole new level, and would be better than seeing them get curbstomped and killed, at least in my opinion. Of course I don't know what you're planning for the next part, So mainly just suggesting ideas. Just to give some further ideas, I think it could allow for an interesting Saga if Piccolo was able to wish to be stronger with Krillin, especially if that allowed him to spawn a even stronger armor of demons, at the very least to give the other Z-Fighters something to fight if not challenge them as well, especially when not a whole lot aside from kakarot has challenged them so far, at least outside of each other in a friendly and safe Tournament environment. None the less, looking forward to the next part when it comes out and how the Story will go in general ^^
Ya bastard you put me on a cliff hanger like this now I'm gonna have to check your channel regularly for the next part But fantastic job as always Damon you've done fantastically in merging all the what ifs together and crafting a excellent story with them
Oh you were able to work in the newest Granolah what if into this part nice. 👍 I'm happy now the two brothers were able to work out their differents here, and Kakarot is back in the Son Family's life again. Man it really is a coin toss on who will get with who especially looking at all of the MasakoX videos. 🤔 I was hoping Krillin would have redeem himself here, but now with after killing Vomi I doubt a now SSJ Goku will give any here. 😕 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
@@priestesslucy3299 I believe Damon does have that as a rule. (at least that's what a friend of mine, who's the one who got me into this series, said) Plus, as I told my friend, I do not want this version of Krillin getting a redemption arc if there's no way to bring back Vomi, which would really add to the intensity of the story, especially if either Kakarot or King Piccolo kill Krillin.
Oh Krillin. What a waste. If Roshi was worried about Kakarot before, I have no idea how terrified he'd be now. Plus, I could definitely see this Krillin joining Freeza.
@@DamonWhatif You started to use the unnecessary crossovers. Nobody asked for what if Krillin became or what if Granolah joined the Saiyans. The Male Z Fighters are completely weak and outclassed while the Female Z Fighters have advantages either by using Magic or Robot suits and The Saiyans are taking over the Story way too early. If you are going by Masako's what if then you might result into Piccolo Jr to never exist and Krillin to get killed in the King Piccolo Saga, your story is full of inconsistenties like why the hell Tamporine would make deal with Krillin rather than attacking him?
@@bubbon1573 He is making it harder for himself by adding more fanfictions rather than sticking with fewer fanfictions that would make a solid story with no inconsistenties , like why the hell the Senzu beans wouldn't exist? How else will the Z Fighters heal in the Namek Saga and Cell Saga?
Absolutely loved Kakarot Vs. Krillin It felt absolutely brutal even if it was just narration, but know that SS in on the picture, *shit is about to go off the rails* (Also whatever happened to trunks & Ranch?)
Another Common Damon W. Extremely well-made video, as expected from Damon. I can see you reaching at least 50k this year. Hopefully. Still glad I stayed here during 12k.
Really love this one. 😁 The whole Launch being a fighter thing was awesome! 😁 I love how this story shows just what would have happened had Krillin not changed his ways, he went from jerk to bully to remorseless power hungry psycho. But, as much as I don't like seeing Krillin that way, it is nice to see a evil/villainous version of him. 😁 Loved the whole thing with Launch being similar to Moon Knight. 😁 (Though, another comparison could be the movie version of Eddie Brock/Venom where Venom is an anti-hero.) Yeah, I really don't want this version of Krillin getting redeemed after he killed Vomi. 😂 Also, I had actually thought he was going to target Hercule, but it seems Hercule managed to be so insignificant he wasn't even considered a target. 😂
Happy valentines Day, Damon! This was a wonderful gift As I enjoyed the story with the brothers reconciling, which I find it funny for Kakarot to be inspired by a Great Ape of all things. This Multiverse Storyshift has at links each event naturally is such a work of art and storytelling that's oh continue the growth of something greater I just know it! Though I am curious if Launch would have her twin personalities split into 2 different people like twins similar to Emma Frost and Caitlyn from the Flash TV series. ( The Brains & Brawn duo/ Not-Good Cop Bad Cop) At least I know Banyu and yazirobi will play a more inclusive role of both earlier and continuously.
This was sick I definitely loved the ending! There were some parts that I think could've been mixed a little better. Like the music and sound effects were a quite a few decibels higher than your voice, but it was still pretty great!
what if a z fighter was a technique genius and learned/improved on techniques from allies & enemies past and present (including transformations like kaio-ken, god ki etc
Launch trains for three years under Baba and gets to put up a decent fight against Goku. Chi-Chi does the same and gets to impress Raditz. Tienshinhan trains under Tao his whole life and can't even beat Mark. Doesn't seem fair. I do like the stuff in space though, that's fun.
To be fair, Gine, Radditz, and a Cybernetic Enhanced Goku, as well as more fighters in general, mean everyone is a lot stronger here, and nothing changed with Tien so he was stuck with how powerful he was in canon.
@@wires-sl7gs Well, Shen was around for the 21st Budokai this time. Perhaps Krillin's defeat humiliated him so much he made Tien and Chiaotzu train extra hard for the next tournament. Regardless, my problem was more with Mark's power level, not so much the saiyans. When has he ever had a goofy and unpredictable fighting style? The clips Damon showed were him taunting Buu, not fighting. Even if he did, shouldn't Tien still be stronger? I mean, he's trained harder for longer. It's a strange choice to make Tien such a nothing threat. He never wins a fight, so seeing Krillin easily defeat him means nothing, even ignoring the fact he was weakened from the fight with Mark.
@@ducksoup6986 Damon watched the show like you or I have, don't act like he doesn't know what he's talking about, and if anything This inperpetation of his fighting style either from MasakoX's what if, or his own creative liberties based on MasakoX's what ifs and/or the show. Plus his powerlevel isn't an issue as he's been training with the gang too, so he shouldn't really be weaker than Tien, and Over all there wasn't much to justify Tien and Chaotzu being stronger than they where in canon, as much as I'd wish there was. He still did put up quite a fight against Mark, so it's still something when Krillin flicks him aside. But yeah, probably would have had a better impact if Tien was much stronger.
@@wires-sl7gs Well, let's tackle this point by point. Thanks for responding by the way, I love talking about stuff like this with others. 1. I'm sure Damon knows what he's talking about. I'm sure you know what you're talking about. I'm sure I know what I'm talking about. Three people who know what they're talking about can come to a disagreement because each one has slightly different levels of information. So, let's look at the references Damon pointed to Satan's taunting during the Kid Buu fight, which shouldn't count as anything because he was just taunting Buu, not trying to fight him. Whereas I point to Satan's fight with Android 18, where he used grounded and professional martial art moves. I would also like to point at when Satan fought the poachers and even Kid Buu, where he once again used standard punches and kicks. Nothing goofy or unpredictable enough to throw off a seasoned martial artist. My memory may fail me, but I don't believe Mark's fighting style was established to be so off the walls and unorthodox. I may be wrong though. 2. There's a discrepancy in training here. Krillin went through the same training regiment in the original story, yet he was still inferior to Tienshinhan during the 22nd Budokai and would continue to be until Super. A far cry from nigh effortlessly dancing around Tien. 3. Let's cover the actual fight. Remember in the original story how Tien used a variety of techniques against Goku? He grew four arms, he used the blinding Taioken, he didn't resort to the Ki-Ko-Ho until Goku proved he could handle himself. There's no indication Tien did any of that against Mark. Also, if Mark used a Kamehameha to boost himself over the blast to hit Tien in the stomach, how didn't Tien see him coming? He has a third eye, which was established to improve his combat reactions and perceptions, it's how he could see through the Zanzoken. We've seen him react to Kamehameha's mid flight, like against Yamcha. So it's not like the Kamehameha is too fast for him to react. 4. My biggest criticism is how Tien's treatment inhibits his role in the story. It's two fold, actually. Since Tien never wins a fight, defeating him isn't impressible at all. As it stands, he's all talk, all threat he has in the story is surface level. He's Tienshinhan In Name Only (TINO) But more importantly, his friendliness with the Dragon Team makes absolutely no sense. In the original, his arc was terrible, but at least there was some development. When Roshi forfeited his fight against Tien, he was floored. But while Goku and Krillin fought, Roshi explained his view on martial arts. He did martial arts not to win fights, but to better himself. To the point where he valued the betterment of the next generation of martial artists over victory in the tournament. Tien was shown a new perspective on life, and he wasn't sure how to feel about it. While I don't think that warrants the 180 character flip he did during his fight with Goku, it definitely pushes him in that direction. But here, there's nothing. Tien felt more pressure to win this time, sure, but that's not enough. Even if Shen banishes Tien from the Crane School, like he did Krillin in this timeline, that only goes far enough to distance him from Shen. That doesn't mean he now suddenly wants to hang out with a band of people he just met, one of whom beat the snot out of him and humiliated him in the most famous tournament in the world. Over all, this choice makes no sense logically and does nothing but damage the narrative.
Some what ifs like what if Vegeta became the first super Saiyan and what if Gohan became the first super Saiyan straight up can't co exist also this is case of what if everybody except Vegeta turned good
Well I have bad feelings about that ssj transforamtion for kakarot that codul have a big mental toll on him after all of his mental turmoil even if he patches out the family problmes that codul be wasted becose of krilin
Welp, Krillen is now gonna be super dead if and when Super Saiyan Kakkarot finds him. And damn, nice to see the Saiyan rebellion is starting to come up, Granola joining up with the rebellion is cool. .w.
Maybe after Vomi is revived, she realizes she can't be weak and so begins self-robotization akin to Gero in the main timeline, the version of her in What if Goku was Raised by Android 21, and the actual 21 from What if Cell Turned Good. Maybe this'll interest Bulma also going down the level of cybernetics akin to how she was in the current latest part of her Iron Man Bulma story where she and Krillin stopped Gero early on.
Excelent return, specially the ending and kakarot vs krillin. If i have to say something is that the editor shouldn't shake and move everything some much.
Damn what a great part love this series can’t wait to see what happens in the next one though I know for sure krillin and king piccolo bout to be massacred by ssj Kakarotto
This is cool but is someone making the animaions for sonic what ifs or does it take a long time for a different reason? edit: also when do you plan to release the next part to this
I know you're busy with all these what ifs but can you can do this one for when you hit a big milestone What If Sun Wukong was in Dragon Ball aka OG Goku I think that would be interesting even if it's a one-time thing it would be cool
@@retroskeleton891 didn't masiko do a one shot relating to the dragon balls unable to revive people if he's doing every what if is he not doing that one
I saw a interesting premise for a what if. It is a what if Diane of Themyscira was in Dragon Ball. Instead of a she is sent to dragon ball world she and her people were from dragon world and were created by the Supreme Kai of the west and follows her story.
