What if Mace Windu decided to take Anakin Skywalker to confront Palpatine/Darth Sidious???

Its pretty cool that Dooku came out on top in this one. Ifs easy to forget he's a really clever guy and great strategist since he's always been overshadowed by Palps, so its nice to see him take a win over both Palpi and The Jedi. Plus Anakin finding his own equilibrium in the force due to his rather unique perspective was cool, even if he didn't get to partake in the final battle. I like that Dooku also seems to sort of halfway care about his apprentices and none of them are full Sith.

The only way I see Anakin joining Dooku is if he could ensure Padme's safety. She was the one person in the world that Anakin had left, I don't see him buddying up to her attempted assassin without assurance that she won't be harmed. He may even ask Dooku to kill Gunray as a gesture of faith, since he was the one who ordered Padme's death.

Anakin once in an episode of Clone Wars said there are several battles that they won because R2D2 had information that should have been cleared after every battle. What if Anakin followed protocol and constantly cleared R2D2? What campaigns would have been lost?

Well anakin wouldn't be darth vader or the angry guy who could kill his wife. Instead, dooku would train anakin on how to be patient and how to be calm as dooku previously was a jedi master who became a sith lord, but because of anakin joining dooku the CIS would've ruled the outer rim and palpatine would've been dead as dooku would expose to anakin that palpatine is the sith lord and that they need to kill him.

i don't think the divergent point is well placed. Anakin would have better turned during the fight on board Grievous ship, Dooku could have revealed him as the true puppet master. by then Anakin would have been jaded from the clone wars and more importantly obsessed with saving Padme. So a trifecta of 1. the person u thought was your friend and great man is the reason for every bad thing thats happened to you (except mom being killed) 2. Together Dooku and Anakin could end the war and reform the Jedi council starting that very second if the kill Palpatine (the jedi council would be disgraced for falling under the influence of a sith lord for a decade) 3. This is so awesome; Mr. Pente Patrol for Anakin to join Dooku had actually changed the galaxy, for Dooku told Anakin the truth he was being groomed to become Sidous' apprentice but never revealed Palpatine's identity. Of course, Anakin's disappearance made Padme not forgive him and close off from other people, leading to Palpatine's downfall and the capture of Corsounat. I'm surprised Dooku didn't try a significant bombardment of cities to make the Galactic Republic surrender. Still, at least he didn't commit genocide in the last video and beat the Republic into submission leading to the CIS being the new galactic power in the galaxy. What would happen to Anakin when the Jedi find him, and would they forgive or kick him out of order? But this is incredible my friend, and I really mean it. I think that Dooku was stronger than everybody in the Order except Yoda, Windu and Skywalker. Granted, he would have been as strong as or stronger than Skywalker throughout the majority of The Clone Wars.

A cool what if would be, what if qui-gon was jedi grand master instead of windu. I feel like yoda could've foresaw something that suggested they needed to change their ways and qui-gon would've been that change. I feel like dooku would've been more political and a representative of the council in the senate the jedi would've been more active in stopping slavery in the outer rim and therefore finding anakin earlier leaving him to be trained at the right age. Palpatine would've struggled to turn dooku due to him having influence in helping people (which is what he wanted and why he left the jedi.)
