@@TheUncivilizedNation True, have you read the War of the Bounty Hunters, Crimsok Reign, and Hidden Empire. They are comics that take place between ep5 and ep6. Maul has a contingency plan to kill Sidious and Vader but obviously was killed in Rebels so Qi’ra who has been mentored by him completes this plan, almost killing them in the process but failed due to betrayal from the Knights of Ren, however her agents located the Second Death Star meaning if Maul never made this plan, the Rebellion would have been destroyed and the Empire would be victorious.

This would be a great idea. After Anakin is knighted, Yoda encourages Obi Wan to take another padawan; And suggest Cal. Just imagine how this AU plays out from there.

If Anakin trained Cal, Cal would probably be using the Reverse Grip Shien style like Anakin's other apprentices Ahsoka and Galen.

Because it the style Anakin trains his apprentices in, also I may be wrong when I say this but it could because the reverse grid is often used with double blades and Anakin himself was train to use but after losing his arm, it became not practical to make that his main fighting style and besides Jedi hate their war look and two blades doesn’t help.

@@gameover9390 If memory serves Anakin initially admonished Ahsoka about the reverse grip but after awhile let it slide. Probably when training Galen he remembered Ahsoka's reverse grip and taught Starkiller in that form. Either to trip up other lightsaber duelists or perhaps as a way to connect to his past if only by a fraction.

It's a good match. Cal as padawan showed great promise with the lightsaber being trained by one of the best lightsaber Dualists in the order. Cal uses the reverse grip from time to time but not always

i think plo koon would have taken on ahsoka as his apprentice, and ahsoka would have been almost exactly the same, going to mandalore, only with plo koon and they would defeat darth maul bring him into custody, bring captain rex back by removing his inhibitor chip, and i think plo koon would have sacrificed himself so that ahsoka and rex can get to safety.

To me, the most impressive defeat Vader had is Cin Drelig. The fact that he has a deep knowledge about all forms of lightsaber dueling made him the best suited to defend against Anakin.

Don’t give me wrong I love your videos, but I actually think Kaln casteist would have been a Padawan learner after Ahsoka Tano because I’m pretty sure Cal Castus and his name is escaping me at the moment Ezra Bridgers, master Caleb, Doom I believe Kaln and Caleb are about the same age. This seems less like Cal becoming Anakin’s Padawan affecting events and more like…literally everyone else affecting these events ‘plus Cal is there!’ Why did Anakin’s vision come at a different time? Why did Kenobi and Yoda get back to the Temple during the attack? Why was Palpatine at the temple at all instead of making his crowning speech? And how did Cal being his Padawan affect any of these?

I don't know exactly what Cal has to do with it. If Ahsoka just never left the Order it could've been a very similar story. After all, if not Ahsoka, Anakin had formed an equally strong bond with Cal. As I see that, to make this story work you could just put any placeholder Padawan in that spot. Point is, Anakin needed someone who he loved and felt responsibility for.

I doubt he needed an apperectine as that was a later addition and it’s only in Disney canon, Anakin in Lucas version aswell as legends went down the same path without apprentice. Although this isn’t a good argument I admit that, as legends Anakin and legends as whole is vastly different from Disney canon, the best example I can give is who would win in fight between Anakin and Vader, in legends it’s Anakin but in Disney’s canon it’s Vader. @@gameover9390 No, not only in Disney canon. Ahsoka was added in the The Clone Wars pilot film. With the exception of the last season the entire series was made before Disney's takeover during the George Era. Yeah, he didn't need a Padawan, he had none before TCW and it worked out just fine. Actually it's kinda weird, a 19 year old teaching a 14 year old about war😂
