I would replace talonflame with noivern because charizard is fire and flying type and talonflame has the same type.

I like that ash does not over rely on Charizard in Kalos. He wants his new Pokemon to get develop he's not the ash from Johto where he'll relys on Charizard every single battle of low-level Pokemon.

Me personally i think greninja would be stronger, he'd have an training partner which is chairzard who is very strong, iton sharpen iron. Even if the bond is not mastered Greninja base form would be stronger
