Guys, Thanks for watching! Be sure to share your own stories from traffic in Bangalore using the hashtag #BengaluruMoving, and I'll do a live on Saturday the 18th at 1PM to discuss them with you! You can share them on Insta OR type them down below. Looking forward to it! ❤
Excited to see the direction and effort behind this 🙌 The traffic took a lot of my AD models, twice while I was crossing the roads, once in a bus scuffle and once a crow shat on it near Ashoka Pillar. -F Also, the Suraj footage has cured my anxiety. 🤸🏻♀️ Make a blooper reel pls 🙏
Why is it with such high quality videos, contents and being friends with almost all Leading stand ups and having a show on Netflix India RU-vid Channels your subscription and views so low?
Exactly. Don't understand this. This man produces the the best quality content yet goes unnoticed,on the other hand mediocre average creator's have millions of subs
The most relatable thing I've EVER come across! HSR --> Silk board--> Basvangudi, bms. my daily commute for 4 years! Lowkey miss jamming to music in bangalore traffic during this lockdown. Special mention : sarjapur. :)
I can't believe how once upon a time, we used to live within walking distance of the infamous Silk Board, without even realising how much it's going strangle us later on in life. :D
Absolutely loved the video. But I won't be surprised if I'm the only one in the comment section who kind of misses silk board traffic. It's a part of normal life which I can't wait to get back to!
#BengaluruMoving Aah the beloved Silkboard junction! I live near Jayanagar and my university was near Electronic City. I had to take just one bus for the commute. On a good day, I'd spend about 4 and a half to 5 hours in traffic - to and fro. Worse part was that the frequency of the buses would drop tremendously after 7.30-8 p.m. in the evenings (at least the ones coming from E-city) Eventually I ended up using that time to read for my class, or just catch up on my sleep (mostly) if I was lucky enough to get a seat.
I’m watching all your videos when I’m finding time, love how they are made, the thinking gone behind it and the final cut. Ps - Upload some relevant videos to stay trending else all’s good man 👍🏻
You hit the nail right on the head Kini! Bang on! Also, loved the way you structured the whole video, creativity put to the best use! Easily one of the best thought-provoking videos I've watched recently. Thank you for this! :-) This situation is because of the extreme influx of capital and people growth before the city was ready for it and since there wasn't much regulation over time, BBMP is always occupied with putting out fires all the time. Wish there were some creative approaches taken to solving the problem by privatising some corridors across ORR and enabling the MNCs to develop the infrastructure faster rather than just sanctioning a multitude of tech parks everywhere. As citizens, we need to be very mindful as you rightly said and accept the situation, inculcate positive approaches because the one thing we Indians are best at is being resilient. But alas! life isn't so simple, is it? :-)
dont you think that govt rather than investing on bus lanes and all can invest on metro cause that is what has happened new metro lanes have been planned but the worse part is tht it would take 4 yrs to complete till then its right to invest on bus lanes but not more than tht they say 4 yrs we know karnataka govt right its impossible what do u think people would prefer metro rather than buses right ?
You're right. But since metro lines take time (more than required in Bengaluru apparently), it is important to streamline the public transport we already have ready.
