What if Cool Friends was a boss level instead of a normal level? Here's a fanmade animation video of a concept that I made!
I also gave a shot at making a hardcore version of the level (not much differences but hey, I tried lmao). Check it out here!

For some reason, watching Cool Friends get owned by its own buzzsaw at 2:00 puts a smile on my face. I think I figured out what it is that sets your boss levels apart from most. In the You use the initial sequence to establish the boss’s backstory and personality, then construct a miniature story that the player gets to watch has The level starts off with an assembly line and projectiles that leap out of the boxes and explode into rings of squares similar to those which appear later in the fight. The beginning ends with the boss’s arrival, and over the course of the level I have determined that: Cool Friends is the Factory’s A.I., it controls both the means of production and the means of your destruction, it is bored of its normal job, and it just developed an unhealthy fixation for circular saws. I...honestly have no clue how you managed to convey all of that in three minutes using only the color pink.

In my opinion, this is your best boss fight yet. It has a ton of expressions, which are actually the core of most JSAB fights. The movements are not linear, and it feels natural. This is great! You might want to make the teeth on the sawblades smaller though.

It’s interesting to see how much concepts change! I believe in the original preview cool friends was a circle instead? It’s very interesting to see how it’s evolved! To be real I like this song, and this bossfight level is more than what I expected, however, I would choose the other type of gear, like the one shown in the actual level instead of the 2:03, but overall this bossfight is well made (or you can scale the gears bigger to make it more intense >:D)

Ya know... I was gonna make a boss about this too! This is some good boss. My boss for this was mostly about saw blades! Honestly you are a good animator! I appreciate you work and inspire me to make animations too! Keep up the good work and make more bosses. Also im the person in the other version if cool friends and suggested a saw shaped texture on the 1st version I hope this will not get lost and be a good comment!
