Today on Hearts of Iron 4 I return to the Palpatines Gamble mod, this time I'll take command of The CIS and see if we can change the fate of the galaxy!
Palpatine’s Gamble is a total conversion mod that takes you into the heat of the Clone Wars era in the Star Wars galaxy. The mod includes many new game mechanics into Hearts of Iron IV.

That’s not a hot take at all, it would stop palpatines dictatorship from getting its way. Which led to the genocide of billions and state terror not seen in the galaxy in a long time, fracturing and leading to decades more of wars. The CIS as it was, is just the neo liberal hellhole world we already live in..

The CIS were actually sorta the good guys in the Clone Wars, oddly enough, it's just that their military was made up of... questionable people, and some of the member states were just in it for the money. Oh, and Palpatine was manipulating them, of course, because he was manipulating everyone. In any case, it sure as hell would've been better if the CIS won in hindsight since the alternative was a brutal, oppressive regime.

Techno Union next the Corporate factory system in the mod is very cool but they get half the money from regular sources so you have to build all civs but you’ll have enough droids either way.

Can you still play the game after you won ? Also is their a way to Anikain Skywalker before the jedi get to him. @@bordigotto6603 Oh its Star Wars: Fallen Republic. It has a canonically accurate map with hyperlanes representing the real hyperlanes in the Star Wars galaxy. Pretty much every system and planet is named, with heaps of unique species portraits to boot. The ship models are downscaled and insanely detailed, akin to a blender render. Its amazingly good, and repayable.

I highly suggest playing Star Wars Empire at War Alex. It's basically this hoi4 mod but as a game itself. There are mods for that too like Fall of the Republic which add the Clone Wars to it so yeah if you like this mod I think you'd like the Game Star Wars: Empire at War.
