The only reason izuku wasn't able to do much with the Omnitrix is because it was on Gray matters Ben 10 managed to tamper with the Omnitrix which led to the fusions he only got Master control by luck. I think zuku would be a lot more careful with an alien device from the outer space. A very small amount of the aliens band has shown being able to use could actually be a problem for the verse. I'd say though that classic ben would be this version of Victoria because he has had a lot more experience in a wider variety of villains that he fought in a shorter amount of time. I'm pretty sure it was a few seasons before zuku actually fights any villains
