It was during a huge event where people had to be in shelters did you not hear me say that there was volcanos erupting top level earthquakes Tsunamis i don't think a Small meteor would be the most Concerning part so it would make sense for inko to find deku first seeing how she was a civilian coming out of a nearby bunker and seeing how the government would probably be more worried on finding out how this large event happened than searching the crash site
