Thoughts on todays video? I hope you enjoy, and have a great day!💚💙 #dooku #anakin #clonewars #darthvader #georgelucas #starwars #whatif #starwarswhatif
Dooku: Skywalker has become a sith? Luke: No I didn't, I'm gonna be a jedi like my father before me! Dooku: You're the son of Anakin? I hope you dont mind me calling you a son of a bitch.
Dooku in AotC: "The Republic is being ruled over by a Sith Lord, and is oppressing its own citizens to further enrich a handful of wealthy corporations. I'm funding an army to rebel against the Republic and establish something better. Join me and we can change the galaxy for the better!" Kenobi: "I don't believe you." Dooku after RotS: "The Republic got taken over by the Sith Lord I told you was in charge, and is now the Empire, which is objectively worse than the Republic was in every way, shape, and form. I'm funding an army to help the already established rebellion against the Empire so we can put a new Republic in place. Join me and we can change the galaxy for the better!" Kenobi: "... If I asked Bail, would he vouch for you?" Dooku: "He's the one that sent me to save your sorry behind."
If Darth maul can survive getting cut in half and falling down a reactor shaft out of pure spite. I think dooku could do a similar thing with just being stabbed.
I suggested this a while back, and honestly it went really well. Dooku's entire fall to the dark was because he wanted to remove the corrupt Republic and help the people of the Republic. In his mind, ripping the entire thing out and forming a new order became the only way. So Dooku living to see what the "new order" became would definitely make him realize the full extent of his folly. I could imagine Yaddle's words echoing in his mind.
Kinda makes sense as being cut/stabbed with a lightsaber wouldn't be as bad as with a standard sword. A lightsaber would instantly cauterize the wound, so you wouldn't bleed out.
This actually makes sense. Since the original Chosen One failed, the light woul act in haste to push Dooku to claim the mantle of the Chosen one (something that Dooku believed he always was).
Well he was already over 80 in the Clone Wars and casually outdueling Obi Wan. Considering Palpatine aged waaaaay worse due to the dark side actively destroying the body, it wouldn't be too out of the question for Dooku to beat him in a duel.
Loved it. I wish we had more of the Galactic civil war after Palpatine here. This is the Dooku I wanted. I think the galaxy would consider him a hero because of his public image
@@ericcrabtree7075 “you sheeee I have a new body, and I wouldn’t trade it any shooner than my beloved Cocker Spaniel space dog Batcher” “Bark bark” “Shut up, dammit!”
About Dooku being accepted... Dooku could just say that he has returned to continue his business from Clone Wars - defeat the Sith. Add here that he still used Droids to prove his point...
Qui gon: Obi-wan you must train the boy Obi-wan: F NO I just met the dam boy how the hell am I going to train a slave boy Qui gon: Then the force is doomed Obi-wan: you know what f the force I'm going to Mandalore
these events would have been completely horrifying to Dooku hands and off and all wow i love Dooku his character development but Dooku did the right thing awesomness
Now I wanna see a video of Dooku, Grievous, Maul, and last but not least Ventress. That they form a temporary alliance to seek revenge on Sidous for his betrayal. And a bonus if this can work, they all somehow in some form, join the Rebellion against the Empire by becoming leaders and generals.
Gonna be hard for dooku, grevious and ventress to get along considering dooku betrayed ventress And grevious killed all of her sisters under dookus order
If Christopher Lee was still alive. Maybe we would have gotten more of Count Dooku live action. But again, Christopher Lee was very old that even in his last Star Wars appearance.
Dooku, in a Rebellion led by those who were Republic Loyalists who fought AGAINST him for the ENTIRE Clone Wars? Nah, I don't see it. He'd be viewed as an enemy by both sides.
If I had to change one thing, it would have been Dooku and Yoda reuniting. Other than that, great story! Day 88 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?
Very good idea, I especially loved the sentence "I am more alive than you" to Vader, that's some awesome deep storytelling! The end however is a bit unrealistic, because I don't think a at that point very old Dooku can beat Palpatine, even together with Obi Wan it would be tough as hell!
Day 8: What if Jaesa Willsaam (light side) was in the Clone Wars? The idea is that shortly after Jaesa is recruited by the Sith Warrior, Darth Baras realizes the potential threat. He manages to capture her and freeze her in carbonite. After Darth Baras dies, Jaesa is never found and is eventually forgotten for the next 3000 years. Then, during the Battle of Christophsis, a tunnel to an ancient under city is discovered. Obi-Wan leads a squad of clones into the under city in order to gain a tactical advantage over the separatists. While here, the force leads him to a long forgotten prison. He finds Jaesa here and frees her. Shortly thereafter Jaesa rejoins the Jedi and becomes Obi-Wan's apprentice.
I feel some people who focus on Dooku’s quote in Attack of the Clones forget that he’s been on Palpatine’s plan. He’s behind the inhibitor chips, he chose Jango Fett to be cloned, he’s killed Jedi who could interfere in the plan, he intentionally has the Separatist Military build superweapons and commit war crimes, and helped Palpatine gain power such as when he villanized Rush Clovis so Palpatine could nationalize the Banking Clan or when he had Grievous send droids to attack Coruscant and stop the Republic from joining a peace deal with his own Separatists. He’s got no right to say to surviving Jedi that he was right because he’s been directly helping out Palpatine. He hates the corruption of the Republic, but thinks that an authoritarian Sith regime is better for the galaxy. Dooku can’t get validation if he’s a major reason the Empire came to power in the first place. I can see Dooku feeling betrayed by Palpatine and having some misgivings with how the Empire turns out, but he has a lot to repent for by this point and it would simply be a question of what he likes and dislikes about the Empire besides Palpatine.
What if yoda had bad relations with the wookies What if ahsoka killed barris after it was revealed that she framed her What if Leia joined the sith in a new hope What if Palpatine actually learned everything Plagueis knew before killing him in his sleep What if Dooku programmed the inhibitor chips in a way that Order 66 would additionally activate Order 65 and vice versa
They would make him a historic figure about trying to break something. The system and then fixing it. So people who break something and then fix it. In that time I would probably be called pulling a dooko
Nice story. I think A different story with the same starting point could also lead into Dooku becoming somewhat like Kreia, having witnessed both sides of the force and seeing both failing. After all, he like Kreia left the jedi order not because of temptation but by reason, growing disillusioned. Or maybe a story where he, viewing it as third way, goes in to hiding to study the sorcery of Dathomir; during this, meeting again Maul.
Thank you for the story! Any what if has to take into account a change from what happens in canon, so I found it easily acceptable the change from head cut off to stab in the chest. From there, the story could progress naturally. In this case, taking time to heal to explain Dooku's absence, like Hera giving birth to explain why she wasn't flying against the first Deathstar attack. I am really, really, glad you included the droid army/fleet into the story. Only one other author, so far, has the droid army fight on the side of the rebellion and I love that story, so this one, although not central, was a very nice treat. Thank you for it.
I think it would've been even better if Bail told obiwan that dooku was alive and they both trarined luke then all three of them went with Yoda to fight sidiuos.
What if a junker after the battle of courascant, found salvage around the invisible hand. Then they find Darth Tyrannus’ lightsaber. Little did they know Dooku placed is essence into his curved saber. Let the calamity ensue.
Loved this one, its a cool redemption arc. This was probably my favorite video you've done to date. Although I was sad Dooku never reunited with Yoda. It would've been awesome seeing Yoda and Dooku stroll into Sidious' office and slap him around. Still, this ending is also good, Dooku fully giving himself to the light and overcoming the odds. Plus Its also kind of funny just imagining Yoda chilling in his swamp wondering what the heck's going on out there.
what if palpatine told the senate he was sidious when he was elected (not illegal by the time of the prequels) what if anakin used sith lightning throughout the clone wars what if gungi stayed with the bad batch what if caleb joined the bad batch when his master died what if caleb survived the fire on lothal what if anakin blocked windu’s strike instead of cutting off his hand what if ahsoka got to coruscant with maul before mace windu left for the chancellors office
I know the critical drinker's reaction to this You are old Disney bots. Trying to save and keep a dead franchise alive. That is being killed by bad directors and bad story telling Leading to wasted potential. There's a reason why star wars fans become warhammer 40k fans
The clash of the two Sith GOATS to decide who’s the best and strongest of them all. I would feel sorry for everyone else in the galaxy if this happened.
I LOVED the drop of the line from the ROTS Novel when Dooku did die. GENIUS. It to is one of my favorite Star Wars novels. I would love for them to revamp the 6 Novels of the classic films to better lineup with the current cannon!
Dooku should have used the force on the innocent Republic pilot, making him forget everything. And Vader the betrayer, the youngling-killer? I don't think Dooku would grant him a fair fight. Surprise attack with lightning from behind, then take his head right off. He died, never having seen the face of his executioner.
You should do what if anakin learned to fight with one hand instead of making a new one, since dooku thought it would’ve made anakin more of a gentlemen
Then the Rebellion would be ten times as effective. He'd merge the Rebels with Separatist remnants and start producing Battle Droids by the quintillions. The Imperials will be overwhelmed, especially since they don't have enough Shadow Guards, Inquisitors, or other Dark Jedi to keep things stable. And with Dooku's charm and military instinct, even Thrawn is going to have problems fighting him, much less Vader.
