I genuinely like this what-if, as said in Xenoverse and Dragon Ball Online: it is explained that too many time distortions can lead to the creation of multiple timelines as a result of Book of Beginning and Ends splitting due to fissures in time created by differences in the altered history and original history recorded in the scroll, leading to the creation of more Time Scrolls. If the Time Vault the scrolls are stored in fills up beyond a certain limit, it will lead to the destruction of the Time Vault leading to the destruction of history and the universe.

Monito's dragonballs are the Cerealian dragonballs so perhaps he tied the dragonballs not only to himself but also the Cerealian race and as a result as long Granola lives those dragonballs remain, it would make sense.

There's no way Gohan who didn't get any ritual amps or even Super Saiyan 2 could vaporize first form Frieza. Remember that Frieza treated canon Gohan like complete fodder. Just keeping up with his training for a little wouldn't make that much of a difference. Plus Frieza isn't stupid. If Gohan proves too much of a problem in his first form, he'll just transform and trounce him just like on Namek when Frieza would start transforming when the fighters proved a lot stronger.

There's a pretty glaring issue with this what-if, with Beerus showing up on Earth. Whatever the reason for Beerus not waking up in the Future timeline is, he doesn't wake up, so having Beerus show up at the same exact time as he does in the Super timeline plays in direct conflict with the premise. Might have made more sense to have Beerus show up sometime after the point Shin would've been dead in the Future timeline, so maybe around 15-20 years after he canonically shows up. It could be interesting to put a greater focus on arcs that work independent of Super's core premise, like a reworked Resurrection F and maybe a reworked DBS Broly, things you could intersperse in that same time range that would make more sense. Maybe even pull on stuff from the movies if you're inclined. Edit: It's been 8 months since I watched this and it hurts me even more now.
Well it's been theorised that in the Future Timeline Beerus went to Vampa due to Future Trunks being the only Saiyan on Earth at the time so if this scenario does play out then I do believe that Beerus would go the Earth.

I like the overall story but I do disagree with the original premise. And yes back to the future does state that if you change the past the future version of yourself regardless of when you are in the timeline fades away. For a more interesting story though not saying this one isn't it was really good and thank you. Could you have gone with the star trek 1st contact time travel. Where going back in time creates a protective barrier around you and once you are in that timeline any changes made from your original timeline are not effective to you. And followed up with bulma puts time scanners in the time machine so that trunks could scan the timeline to see if his home time line is intact. When he get ready to leave and realises that he doesn't have a timeline to go to in fact the time machine can't take him there because it's not there. He is stranded in the past.
