you have forgotten to actually get your bonuses from the MIO's (like Reihnmetall or MAN). you have to click the upgrade on the productiontab otherwise your chosen bonus will not be implemented! (the yellow arrow on the product means: an upgrade is ready, you need to spend 5 army xp to create a new variant wich has the bonuses)

Few notes Ludi: When democratic, in army command Relief of command is super OP, flat 25 % army xp gain and army staff 50 % PP reduction. Also for aircraft sprites, Industry liasons give 15 % research speed for planes. For occupation law, as democracy you can get local autonomy which is the best, local police force for less manpower needed for occupation is also pretty good.

Ludi, when you oppose Mr H the Austrian painter, historical focuses get turned off to account for the lack of world tension that would otherwise be caused by Mr H himself. Infact, Britain and France don't pick a political focus until Germany does either oppose Mr H or the Rhineland focus. 😁

you can get the unification with Austria earlier by making a faction with them during the civil war. they will unite with you and give some troops.

About the ideology switching: HOI4 has a mechanic that balances the game, when a major power switches ideology. If you go democratic as a major, then another major will become communist or facist. The historical focus only works if you play historical yourself. Hope I could help someone. Wish you a great week and next campaign guys!

德國真的是基本盤，所有國家的優勢他都沒有，劣勢也沒有，就很普通，不過有國策可以吃兩個國家，直接躍升第三大國(其他國策就沒有) 老兄也跟我一樣喜歡突破呢，但!! 突破其實不重要，只要高過敵人的防禦一定程度，戰鬥就會呈現"雖然我拼命進攻，但是一個人力都沒有損失"的戰鬥優勢(根據戰報)；然而，機動作戰學說就已經給了坦克60%的突破加成，公司給的加成實在不夠看也不需要...裝甲厚度更能提供優勢，現行版本的裝甲就算沒有高於穿甲度也可以獲得一部分的打擊士氣
