I always wondered if we start inhabiting other worlds, if we would eventually start having Space Battles with each other, kind of like how other cultures on earth have fought each other. I kind of feel like throughout time the one thing that never changes is human behavior.

Nice video! You forget about relativity though, while it would take generations from the perspective of someone on earth, a traveler would only experience a fraction of that on-board. If my math is correct and you assume a 1G acceleration from the travelers perspective it would only take around 19 years... a human could make the trip to the center of the galaxy in one lifetime but nothing would be the same if they ever went home… as a matter of fact IF FTL drives are possible chances are we would actually have beat them there and colonized the system before they arrived. Here’s another fun fact, to actually go that fast... say you upgraded your car with a anti-matter drive (perfect mass to energy conversion) you’d have to cram 981 billion kilograms of anti-matter and regular matter into your tank.

I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY INVOLVING THIS WHAT IF QUESTION: Now I strongly think that in a certain amount of years into the far future it will become possible to figure out a way to be able to travel beyond are own solar-system galaxy; But way before that ever does happen there will probably be casual steps one after another, after another, and more after that. The first set of trial steps is improving the Space-Shuttles, the next set of steps is doing some added improvements inside the Space-Shuttle, and the third set of steps is properly exploring the other set of planets in our large solar-system; Now what I imagine is that cryogenic-sleeping pods are created someday for the purpose of keeping all of the ones on their journey to there destination be safely, healthy, asleep, and to add most importantly to very carefully keep each one person’s body from aging as long as their inside the Cryogenic-Sleeping Pods. To add I also imagine specially designed exercise room area, along with a few artificial gravity areas in certain sections, and along with specially created healthy tasty food for the long journey for all the people to eat, and also to add some type of high tech technology specially designed to protect the spacecraft from any type of known dangers that might try to destroy it. Plus to add I imagine a space-station getting created that is very similar to that of the many versions of the science-fiction show series of StarTrek, and to add I imagine HyperSpeed gets created for the high tech SpaceCrafts, then later I imagine the next level of speed is made I think it might be labeled LightSpeed, and I imagine then much later down the line the fastest speed might be figured out this next level speed might be labeled WarpSpeed; But of course I imagine these SpaceCraft speed levels would take a very, very long time for each one of them to be figured out then perfected, and to add totally safe to be done, and also to add I imagine each one speed level might probably take two hundred years to be improved upon.

We could travel across solar systems and stars, we would have a Parliamentary system government somewhere in earth, earth would be like a capital planet for us.
