Kaigaku wouldn't exist as a demon/upper moon here because he wouldn't be necessary as a replacement for the dead moons w/ Inosuke.

Yeah, inosuke would die against daki because kaigaku could've discouraged him enough for him to quit being a demon slayer. If daki is alive,gyutaro would too. If gyutaro is alive,he'd kill both tanjiro and tengen thus impacting the plot tremendously

The heck are yall talking about. Zenitsus master did not die until the hashira training arc so the story would be the same. Sure zenitsu might not be as determined to kill kaigaku, but even if zenitsu dies not much changes cause kaigaku is weak and any of the hashira can take him down

Any hashira would solo 50 lower moons alone inosuke and enmu are not gonna be a match for rengoku let alone sleeping zenitsu rengoku wouldve just protect the train and let tanjiro and the others fight the lower moons after that rengoku vs akaza would happen and rengoku becomes a glazing donut
