I was a WoA modder, and I love the work you put into reimagining this scenario! Especially the diarchy and everything you did with the Balkans. A world where Russia is communist and the US is a decaying empire would have so many competing factions: the USA vs Germany & Rome vs Soviets & Danubia vs France & Austria vs Ottomans vs the UK vs whatever is happening in Asia. I just wish we thought more about creating an original gameplay experience like this with WoA.

I present to you Tsarreich. (An alternate history from Ceasarreich) This is supposed to be a satirical novel made by trotsky making fun of the current government, however is a good alt hist novel in its own right. The story is about an exiled communist revolutionary (known as the red legion, headed by Trotsky ofc) who tries his hardest to live a normal life. Being a communist (and not hiding it) he gets discriminated against. He also secretly is trying to spread the revolution. In this timeline the British decide not to take their chances with unrestricted submarine warfare. Due to the Americans not joining the Germans the Entente win WW2. However in this timeline, after the war, the Entente troops stationed in Germany are sent away into the collapsing Tsardom. They secure buffer states along the way, keeping the similar German borders they had made with a couple exceptions (Poland has ONLY Poznan and west Ukraine like in our timeline but not west Belarus), Ukraine only goes up to the Dnieper (ill talk about what happens to the west later), Finland and Karelia are granted to Sweden and finally that Estonia, Latvia and Courland (the first chapter is in here so they are important for later) are separate. The Tsardom of Russia is restored, however are divided with Finland granted to Sweden, everything beyong the Urals a dictatorship under Kolchak, everything south of the Volga river (they own the other half of Ukraine and they are up until the Mountain republic who exist) is part of the Republic of Novorossiya. The caucus is five countries: Mountain republic (Consisting of all of Ossetia, Dagestan, Chechnya, Ingushetia, Kabardino Balkaria, Karachey Cherkessia and Abkhazia) Georgia, Azerbijan (Also have minority groups from Iran), Republic of Artsakh (Modern Armenia + Artsakh + Azeri enclave) Armenia (All Turkish and Iranian minority groups of Armenia). Central Asia is a mess full of Warlord states. The Primorskiy Krai is a Japanese puppet, every minority in south Russia is given to Mongolia, the entirety of the Russian pacific border states and Sakha minorities are turned into the far eastern republic (supervised by America). Finally, Austria Hungary is divided up similair as in our timeline but Italy and Serbia receive nothing, instead there is still a Hapsburg Austria and all Slavic states in the Empire are given to Illyria. Czechoslovakia is attempted but fails and is subjugated by their neighbors of Hungary and Germany. Greater Hungary exists except Croatia. After the troops secure Russia, Germany does not get that harsh of a loss, only Four things are implemented: All occupied lands will be given back to their rightful owner (eastern states are reorganized by the Entente), Alslace Lorraine to France, Poznan to Poland and finally no more Hohenzollern. However after the war is finished a revolution takes place reinstating them, and since the Entente just finished a war they decide to let it go. Germany takes all of the Sudetenland (Except the southern part which is given to Austria) and Czechia becomes Bohemia, their puppet state. Their other puppet state is Courland, which during the Entente invasion of Russia, German troops secured all of Latvia south of the Daugava river. Finally Iran (carved up), Italy (France annexes Piedmont and Sardinia) and Turkey (treaty of Sevres borders) are the only existing Communist states. That's it. Hopefully u see this.
Then in that we will go into Kingreich, which will go into Chancellorreich, which will go into Emperorreich, which will go into Chairmanreich, which will go into Khaganreich, which will go into Pharaohreich, which will go into Shogunreich, which will then go into Caliphreich, which will go into Sultanreich, which will then…reich reich reich reich reich *Gunshot*
Maybe if Spain joins the diarchy it could force Greece and Italy to install a triarchy, there you could reference a bit the Second Triumvirate and it's territories/ambitions where you would have to appease the various representatives of the triarchy by for an example conquering Ottoman Africa and dividing it amongst the triarchy territories, then you could have a dynamic where Hispania (Spain) pushes air innovation, Latium (Italy) with land forces and Hellas/Ellada (Greece) with navy. The narrative of the mod tickles the mind quite a bit and I'd be honored to be a part of such project in the lore/map team :)
For Romania, if the AntiqNats manage to get power it would be cool to see some sort of split occuring between those aligned with Rome and those wishing to restore Dacia

problem with the name Caesarreich is that it breaks the pattern of regression, both because Caesar is the Italian leader and because kaiserreich and furherreich both have Germany as the "main character" so to speak, the name is after what happened to germany after the war thus in this case it should be something like Caesarimperio on a side note, whoever makes this needs to make another regression alt history scenario event, I vote Czarreich (Tsarskayaimperiya), a world where Russia won ww1 from the perspective of a Ukrainian from this world

Actually in the case of Spain in the case of Historic Communities of the country, like Catalonia, Basque Country or Galicia, there were at the time certain movements with an Independentist Agenda. In the case of this 3 from the 1920's forming pacts known as GalEusCat. More over in the case of Galicia (Maybe in Catalonia and Basque Country there is similar examples, but Galicia is my comunnity), there is some politicians with a great fascination over the most Esoteric Galician Past, like Vicente Risco. If this mod idea finally come to some place I will gladly offer my help in work in the Spanish and Portuguese lore
As a terminal Fuhrerreich addict: I find no flaws in this timeline. All perfectly reasonable! I'd like to see LoreDad fix the problems he mentioned with FR too if possible like Valkism not making sense outside of Germany.
Wow, that's my map in the background! Forgotten I'd even made it. Yeah, I think that certainly the scenario had some flaws, but could have been an interesting mod nonetheless.
For Asia I have some ideas Japan would be allied with Britain as they are both Far right military dictatorships who hate the United States For China I think it should have Sun Yat Sen live longer and be able to stabalize the republic but it is still split into multiple states who swear loyalty to the Central government which could play as a race for time for Japan as they try to conquer China before the chinese states could fully unify. If China where to reign victorious over Japan they would become an Anti-Imperialist power who is dead set on vanqishing the Imperialists from Asia which would make a good ally for the United States who have to choose between to either have China or Russis as an ally
One option for China and Japan that I think could be interesting is Yuan’s Empire of China succeeding and siding with the Central Powers against Japan with Japan being thrown out of the Continent.
for a spanish antiquarian nationalist faction you could search information about the palmarian christian church if i remeber right they made Franco a saint and crazy shit like that, maybe a variation of that church a little bit more "radical" could work well.
And for Spain, I think Antiquarians could work, but you would have to mix it up a bit, maybe some kind of reconquista 2.0/10th Crusade the Carlist would embark to redeem the nation in the eyes of the lord
I have a few ideas for this, specifically for the ottomans and the Middle East/North Africa in general. If this scenario comes from someone living in a timeline where Germany lost ww1 from the perspective of someone who lived in a universe where Germany won ww1, then wouldn't certain events be lost? in this scenario, i was thinking that the ottomans become a lot more liberal in there polices, forming a sort of federation and balkanizing themselves (kinda). they would form puppets in Arabia (not including Palestine, Syria or Iraq), Egypt (but keeping everything east of the Suez), Georgia and Azerbaijan. Libya, after the Italian civil war, would become an independent monarchy with ties to the ottomans but not necessarily a puppet, though that could still be an option. I wouldn't make France lose Algeria or West Africa with the exception of Morocco becoming a German colony until it breaks away after the dissolution of the German Monarchy. Iran is something I haven't really thought about. Another thing that could exist would be an Anglo-Ottoman rivalry in North Africa, as the British lost but still clam Egypt but could still own Sudan. Speaking of which, I think having Britain lose all of there empire is a bit much, having them keep some territories could also help with balancing. I think they would keep the little West African colonies they had with the exception of Nigeria, which gets put into German Middle Africa. They could also keep Sudan and Somaliland as well and take control of Italian Somalia and later, invade Ethiopia (they've just turned into historical Italy ig). another colony they could keep is Newfoundland and Labrador, even if it is in the Americas. The reasoning behind this is simply allowing Britain to challenge the U.S. in the Future. That's about it for ideas on my end, I couldn't tell you how East Asia would go considering nothing seems to be consistent in any of these Germany won/lost ww1 scenarios .
What if the Japanese forms an alliance with Britain against the Americans? Britain and Japan were historically friendly and despite the coup in Britain and most likely the Japanese seizure of some if not all pacific East Asian and south East Asian British colonies, the two may be able to temporarily get over their differences?
You could make it so that the British use more covert/decision based ways to restore their empire under an antiquarian nationalist idea that involved restoring the British Empire, leading to a climax where Britain starts a pro-Anglosphere revolution, leading to a European Victor (Germano-Roman/Franco-Austrian/Communist) vs. Anglosphere cold war scenario.
