Given the huge manufacturing advantage America had over Japan, there really was no way they could have won a long, drawn-out war. So given that, one could say that Peral Harbor was a colossal blunder for them. The fact that all of America's carriers were out of port on Dec 7, only made things much worse for them.

Japan had absolutely zero chances of victory, they only awoke the sleeping giant, filling him with a terrible resolve. Fuel alone guaranteed their defeate, our submarine offensive alone would've defeated them, adding superior weapons and production, more people, what did they expect, Roosevelt gave them a huge advantage by sacrificing our sailors and ships at pearl harbor, a one eyed monkey in a ten cent balloon could have destroyed the entire air force based at pearl, deliberately parked close together, not inside their bombproof shelters, still, Japan couldn't win, they were very lucky we had a president willing to sacrifice his own people to feed the military industrial complex a smorgasbord.

This is a very low quality video that simply wastes RU-vid bandwidth. A single static photo, unrelated to the topic. No animation, no maps. No contemporary videos. What is point? No context provided about the event, the pilot, the location and the situation.

Ever heard of an audiobook? This is a ai text to voice program reading part 4 in a series from a non fiction book written by a surviving Japanese aviator. That's why it's just one photo. While it's by no means the best series imo, I'd hardly call it a waste of bandwidth. Where else can you get first hand accounts from saburo Sakai, Japan's leading ace during the war. Or mitsuo fuchidas memoirs including leading the attack on pearl harbor and having his ship blown out from underneath him at midway.. both available on this channel, if you require animations and maps go check out "operations room" and leave the big boy books for later. Personally I appreciate the fact that this channel took the effort to make these stories available for free without asking for anything in return.
