What if King Piccolo Won? 

Yamcha would actually be the Future Trunks of the main Timeline , He would be hiding and surviving until Kami recruits him and whoever Fighters survived against King Piccolo , Yamcha would be training for one year on the lookout and he would be strong enough to take out Piccolo and his children , after defeating King Piccolo , Yamcha would take the rule of the guardian of Earth , once Goku is resurrected alongside the other Z Fighters , they would make their way to the lookout and they will be training for the next four years for the next Tournament , I am pretty sure the story could continue from there even if Raditz came to earth , he will be defeated by stronger Z Fighters who trained earlier in the lookout.

Raditz kills them and sell's the planet like a regular Tuesday

Quick summary: they wipe out everyone and get smoked once raditz shows up

Raditz smokes both Piccolo’s and sells the Earth. The dragonballs are gone and then word of the Namekian dragonballs abilities comes to light with a race for them from Vegeta with Raditz and Nappa helping Vegeta. Vegeta contemplates of eternal life or wishing his home planet back but Frieza beats him to the punch and gains the dragonballs. Freiza tortures Namekians to gain the password to the Namek Dragonballs. Frieza becomes immortal and reigns supreme. Vegeta realizes the Super Saiyan legend and tries to train to try and stall Frieza. Vegeta and the Saiyans are destroyed by Frieza regardless. Cell is never born but Majin Buu emerges and defeats Frieza easily but can’t kill him so he absorbs him and destroys the universe. Beerus awakes and destroys Buu. To be continued…

Bruh Mr. Popo would KILL King Piccolo's ass even if King Piccolo went all out, never forget that Mr. Popo held his own against two Perfect Cell-level Super Saiyans. Even if you lowball him to be on OG Dragon Ball level he would still overpower King Piccolo and Kami was shown to be stronger than him at that time so King Piccolo wouldn't even be a threat to Earth's guardian

I enjoy premises putting Yamcha at the forefront as the lead protagonist. I always imagined "World's Strongest" would've been an ideal solo story for Yamcha instead of Goku to rescue Bulma, maybe even during the year long interim period of the Saiyan Saga.

I believe Yamcha, Bulma, & Tien would start searching for the Dragon Balls in order to revive Goku in hopes that Goku can catch Demon King Piccolo off guard by coming back to life and training in secret

Mr. Popo wouldn’t let this s**t slide, he’d take his place as the new Goku of this show and prevent the Frieza, Cell and Buu arcs from happening.

The video is great but I believe mr popo would defeat king piccolo at least barely because for some reason mr popo was able to keep up with super saiyan goten and trunks in the anime (not in the manga) but throwing that scene out the window this is a realistic take

Nah, I think Kami would get Yamcha to train with him for the next few years, and Goku, Krillin and Tien would go to King Kai's. Yamcha would wait to revive them until he would be strong enough to defeat King Piccolo, but the others would only have enough time on King Kai's to get used to the gravity and learn the basics of Kaioken, since it would take them longer to traverse snake way. The differences in the time skip would be that Gohan would only be two by the time Raditz arrived, but the humans would've been constantly training, resulting in powers near Nappa for Krillin and Tien, and powers closer to Piccolo's in the saiyan arc for Yamcha and Goku, since Goku wouldn't have much time to train after marrying ChiChi.

Either your timeline is off or I missed something in your video. There are eight years between Goku defeating King Piccolo and Raditz' arrival. You said year one the earth's martial artists get wiped, year two Popo and Kami challenge him, after which he births a son. You said "the remaining two years he would train with his son" until Raditz arrived. Why is Raditz arriving four years early? Why isn't King Piccolo using the Room of Spirit and Time to become even more powerful, even more quickly? Wouldn't having King Piccolo there to train Piccolo Jr. fast-track his development?

Raditz would overpower both piccolos, for sure, but Goku might get some special privileges from king Yemma or something and be allowed to come back easily stronger than Raditz and be at the same level, or stronger, than he was around the Saiyan saga.

If King Piccolo had won, Raditz would find him, ask about Kakarot, then kill him, not find his younger brother, then prepare the world for sale

The only problem here is king piccolo didn’t know how to reverse the technique. Only Jr later on after both Roshi and Tien did it, and my best Guess his memory and just natural talent lead him to learn a reverse. Maybe King piccolo could learn over time but probably not.
