Before anyone criticizes Arc Runner Steel Rager is the exact same cost but can only attack minions the turn it's played.

Good stuff. Is there any kind of client that "supports" playing custom HS? For MtG it's relatively easy, given you rule zero with the opponent/playgroup.

Arc Runner would easily be one of the most broken cards in HS, as it is basically just Leroy with -1 mana -1 attack AND it's not legendary. Leroy was an insane combo tool back in the day and it would be even more nuts with today's cards. Being able to do 5 almost unconditionally to the opponent's face is just way too prone to buff and clone effects, especially when you could have two in hand. It would probably make aggro too strong as well. You did mention steel ranger, but rush is leagues worse than charge, and the downside of Arc Runner doesn't really matter. Pretty much all of the other cards are quite cool though!
