Mechamaru surviving and reaching his max potential would legit change the entire Jujutsu world, if he received support he could easily mass produce bots that could monitor all of Japan and eliminate curses without risking the lives of Jujutsu sorcerers, he was able to build a mech on the level of a special grade and could design advanced weaponry for Jujutsu sorcerers to use instead of cursed swords and stuff.

Mechamaru is basically inverse Toji. It's easy to envision him as a super OP mage instead of an OP warrior/monk like Toji or Maki. He'd prob 3rd Impact you as his DE too 😂

Since a Heavenly Restriction seems to be a pact made at birth (Maki being BORN with low CE and Mechamaru being BORN with a shitty body), I don’t think we should assume that the benefits would go away, since the prize for the power was still paid.

I think he could be special grade, given the fact that yaga was supposed to be promoted to special grade he could make an army of puppets with them having abilities like simple domain even making it better than yagas technique not to mention he has full control of them all over Japan and he could most likely even make an ever stronger puppet

The vow forced upon him was an involuntary vow and Kenjaku has said that involuntary vows are quite flimsy, so he should retain his range and the healing of body is a loophole. We've seen Kenjaku utilize a loophole by swapping bodies and rendering the vows he made in past useless and against Kogane by acquirung Tengen. Even Sukuna used a loophole against Yuji to swap bodies

I think mechamaru would of lived if he would of stayed put inside his mech when mahito used his domain expansion. Mahito was about to leave assuming he won but kenjaku might not be easily fooled. I think this is probably the most logical outcome of him living.

If he had time to get used to his body I easily see him hitting special grade. RIP you fought and went out like a real one

Can you imagine mechamaru setting traps like with small bugs and ants. Like the puppets he uses to survey Japan can explode to destroy curses to catch high level curses off guard or potentially get a kill shot on them. He'd also be able to find curses automatically or even track down curses and curse users. Him being essentially JJK Iron man too would be fire.

I’d like to think Mechamaru has the capability to innovate his puppets to make them stronger and more efficient, even incorporating cursed tools or new inventions. A CT based around controlling technology has a great deal of versatility and limitless improvement.

I think in terms of Mechamaru's power ceiling, creative applications of his powers could be more varied. He can manipulate puppet movements and outputs raw cursed energy as blasts, which we know isn't very efficient. Gojo made the comparison of Cursed Techniques to electrical circuits..so what if Mechamaru made more complex appliances to channel his energy through to get more mileage out of each drop of energy. For example, electromagnets and electricity generators powered by his CE, giving him limited magnetism and electricity powers with certain mechs. Another step of improvement is training kenjutsu and simple domain with Kusakabe and Miwa - imagine a simple domain iai slash but with insane cursed energy buildup in the sword sheathe before striking, with automatic targeting due to simple domain. And since techniques depend on the user's interpretation, I'd interpret his technique the same way Doflamingo from One Piece interpreted his own powers, just control strings attached to a puppeteering mech and if they hit the opponent apply the puppet manipulation technique to them, though that would likely have some stringent restrictions. Like, with all these ways to use his powers I'd say he could be really strong, probably not quite Ishigoori level but maybe close.

Mechamaru sounds so powerful even without talking about the actual peak levels of strengths. Here's an idea if he absorbed all the energy in his level 1& 2 and supercharged it to the max. That could become a maximum technique, similar to geto fusing so many curses. For RCT he might rlly want to learn it so he would never be so much in pain and so fragile. And finally domains, he could maybe learn how to make a barrierless one but I don't know what it could be. Maybe he could puppeteer his opponents or corpses.

Im not sure the emheavély restriction was removed. Mahito just reshaped his soul to heal mechamaru body. So my understanding is that he kept the pros of the heavenly restriction without the downside

I think a truly selfish, ambitious and greedy Kokichi would seek Yaga's Curse, imagine an army of Cursed Puppets with Souls? Depending on what Soul Information he uses, he could create obedient Souls with AI-like "personalities", and control them with Puppet Manipulation at a distance, maybe he could even call upon hundreds of Abrupt-Mutated Cursed Corpses for their CE to power up his Ultimate Mechamaru in a matter of weeks(!) instead of years.

Its often we forget what we've lost with these deceased characters and Mechamaru is indeed a great potential asset that we never got to have in the future of JJK's good guys. And given how difficult things get later.......we certainly could have used our boi.

I have a 100% cracked theory. We know that heavenly restrictions have a awakening sorta thing with HR of a physical type needing absolutly 0 cursed energy in the body what if Mechamaruto save miwa gave up his body to become pure cursed energy in a mechanical body this like the physical awakening would give him massive amounts of extra CE to the point i honestly think he would equal or surpass sakuna. He would become the ghost in the machine sorta more like ultron then iron man. Add learning RCT to this allowing him to heal his robots turning them into more biomechanical bodies and him getting a domain and a maximal thats a much more refined version of the big suit would put him solidly into the realm of special grade and honestly a giant robot being able to use domain amplification may be able to just beat gojo as it just punches through the infinity and with a durable metal bodycould likely withstand both red and blue. Throw in tubes of simple domain making enemy domains not very useful as well as other robots being able to break the domain automatically. With this i honestly think only really purple has a chance of even doing dmg to the robot and with domain amplification and some cursed tools added in to help like a cool whip sword to hit small enemies i think gojo would actually have a hard time vs this theoretical mechamaru.

no longer having many years worth of reserved energy he could default to posion laced weapons. it takes high level rct to deal with that which most of his opponents would not have. also the way he stores simple domains suggests that he might be able to create reverse cursed energy artificially too and load it in his mechs, doubling down as a medic or using it as potent weapon against curses he also could probably have introduced his energy storage technology to the world. maybe used it to store energy humans release, with enough time preventing curses form ever appearing again

It would be cool to see full potential Panda or especially Inumaki. Panda got shafted in jjk 0, and even with his hyped up 3rd core still got the stuffing beat outta him. And poor Inumaki hasn't gotten to do anything since goodwill, with the exception of being a victim of Sukuna's malevolent shrine in Shibuya and losing an arm.

Kokichi if he got to live to his potential, could've been Tony Stark if he was Genos and Keicho Njimura from Jojo fused

He should have just programmed on of his puppets to send a message to his teammates about his location before his meeting with kenjaku and mahito, or when yuji and nobara arrived at his fakeout lair, he couldve left a secret message there.

I actually think that if you had him learn under principle yaga, the creator of the mutated cursed corpse, Mechamaru would have far more devastating that what is suggested. As Panda is a cursed doll that can have his own store of cursed energy and can act independently. That kind of knowledge if pushed to the limit would make Mechamaru as dangerous as someone like Geto since each bot could control themselves and be able to use their own curse energy reserves they could recharge. This would be especially potent if he did that for the titan Mechamaru. Plus with his ability to create them, there's a better option for versatility than Geto since he could only do that with existing curses, though granted it was powerful considered each one could have their own DE. But still for Bots that size to be able to self act would skyrocket him potentially into the special grade status, seeing how valuable it could be.

It would’ve been nice if he included in the vow that they couldn’t use any curse techniques or barriers on him after the healing transfiguration.

Two questions ive always had: 1. How does mechamaru make these mechs. 2. How does he afford all of these materials

You forget the best part, if he amplify his ability with science even sukuna have to run. Sukuna may be the " king of curses" but how does it feel to get your ass nuked from space. Keep in mind a single nuke is hotter than the temperature of the sun. He can amplify his processing ability with a super computer etc.

Mechamaru wouldve prevented the entire shibuya incident and changed the entire course of the story. He genuinely couldve changed so much. Kenjakus entire plan to seal gojo wouldve been prevented. That could actually change so much in the story. And i also want to see him with miwa cuz they r perfect together

I wish he'd of planned for escape instead of battle. He already successfully eluded them underwater~ he shoulda took off immediately while still submerged before the barrier went up and reached Gojo ASAP.

One thing u forgot is that close ranged fighters usually get a higher curse output and overall combat efficiency due to the risk of their fighting style. So maybe his power would be naturally boosted given he changed his style

You forgot of the possibility of Kokichi managing to obtain a Black Flash (which could be the key that lets him run away from Mechamaru and Getou: get him two Black Flashes in a row, one on each special grade, and then just pierce the barrier and bail) and, from that, later on being able to learn to use Domain Expansion and RCT. With RCT and D.E, Mechamaru would be a pretty solid Supreme First Grade sorcerer, if not Special Grade outright. Let's not forget what the definition of Special Grade is: being able to topple a country singlehandedly. And, personally, I don't think even the U.S army could take on Kokichi if he got all that.

If he's able to use mechs all over the country at his max potential, then he could easily conquer it with that same army, thus making him special grade. Mechamaru isn't Iron Man, he's Robot from Invincible.

let's not forget that he was extremely inneficient with his ce output, he could've created an army of insects and channeled his ce there instead of a pure but extremely inneficient ce blast, he coul've made a machine gun of simple domain bullets, he coul've create miniature insects that detonate near a curse's head, he could've made puppets that resemble insects (which are way more cursed energy efficient according to yorozu) he could've made even better binding vows by focusing on intel gathering, heck, he could've made an army of pandas if he snooped around him long enough, with the possibility of even controling these self sufficient puppets, dude had the highest potential overall in my opinion

Everyone who's on the special grade level (except Kashimo) has some form of RCT and domain expansion. In most cases the RCT hacks seem to circumvent limitations imposed by traditional JJ sorcery. If Mechamaru built his mechs out of flesh, and used RCT, he could pull off an AoT combine this with his domain expansion being the Coordinate, and Mechamaru could spawn an army of -Colossus Titans- Ultimate Mechamaru - Mode: Absolute Flesh Edition. The Coordinate circumvents him needing to spend years storing curse energy for Absolute mode

This just shows the difference between special grade and even first grade

I think you should do a junpei yoshino full potential video just to see how strong he could have been and what he could've done in the exchange event

What if his Domain allowed him use his opponent as a puppet or draining their cursed energy to empower himself or a mechamaru. Basically, some puppeteering or voodoo doll effect on the opponent.

something to remember is that the ability to create endless independent corpse puppets is considered to be a special grade, as with preparation time that could be used to topple countries. Mechamaru already possessed similar effect with his massive area drone surveillance, and wasn't even close to reaching his potential

Feel like a novel concept for his DE would be that he cant really get the hang of it, and so instead he would have a bunch of lvl 1 and 2 bots use a simple domain and swarm the opponent to form a pseudo domain barrier. The only effect would be a sure hit but with 100s of bots jumping you from every direction thats all he would really need.

Mechamaru almost killed panda with one puppet, it was directly stated that having an army of pandas would make you special grade, my homie had a small posse of panda level robots and then he’s been storing like 18 years of energy on top of that, so he easily could’ve powered more

He would be an insane support if not the best support in the show. Imagine if after reaching his potential he made peace and befriended yuji and todo and just became a trio , todo could just infinitely swap with his robots and making Boogie Woogie even more potent , he would back up yuji for the range scale of attacks since he has problems when fighting people like choso or lets say Kamo that have really strong range attacks, even giving them small portions of concntrated charges like grenades of curse energy he stored in robots , this is a boundless support scenario.Also making him a die or live situation saver , being able to shield dying sorcerers and bringing them to safety with his army of robots.

This question has been bugging me since Ten Shadows Technique introduce the concept of "Totality": What will happen if all of the shinigamis are destroyed? Where do all of those powers will be pass to? I think Ten Shadows Technique being destroyed is the prerequisite for its final evolution. I think the reason Sukuna is impressed with Ten Shadows is its "Totality" function.

There are a lot of “non-functional special grades” like Gakuganji and Mechamaru who meet the qualification of being able to take over entire nations, but simply require time.

So, to make it simple, if mechamaru reached his full potential, he should have been a Special Grade Sorcerer, because of his insane range and his level of cursed energy. BTW, Your analysis is interesting. But, u forget to cover some point. 1/ if he reached his full potential, he shoud have a domain expansion (no matter what the effect will be). 2/ knowing the level of his cursed energy, Mechamaru may learn how to use and store positive energy. That way he will far more effective against cursed spirit, and that will boost his damage output... He may even learn how to fuse negative and positive energy like Gojo do.

I don't think he'd reach Special Grade, but he would still be one of the more powerful characters. He'd be above Grade 1 and below Special Grade, basically in the same tier as Maki/Toji, Hakari, Kashimo, Uro, Ryu, Yorozu, etc., incredibly powerful but not quite at Special Grade level. If his puppet manipulation worked like Yaga's cursed corpses then he'd be Special Grade, or at least considered, just like Yaga, but since he has to use cursed energy to power each of the puppets himself it's quite a limitation.

Now before I even watch the video I just wanna mention this He could've EASILY survived if he focused on building a Mechamaru suit purely for speed using his stored CE as fuel it and fleeing from Mahito and Kenjaku instead of that big Mech. Anime wise the Barrier technique wasn't put up until after he had appeared with the large mech, and they even thought he just ran away at first aswell. In conclusion if it was me, I'd make 20 more of those normal puppets to distract Mahito and Kenjaku, while preparing to reach Mach speeds in a wearable Rocket propelled puppet
