Ok well due to Naruto having Ashura chakra and Sasuke having Indra chakra, it would probably mix together during the fusion, and just like Hagaromo Otsutsuki, when they’re sharingan evolved into a Mangekyo sharingan, it would’ve turned into a rinnegan.

Here are some issues, the Tsunade arc would never happen because Sarutobi would of survived because Orochimaru would take another shot at Saruto and not go after Sarutobi. He really wouldn't have any reason to use the Reaper Death Seal because Saruto could get Shukaku under control with the Sharigan just like they did Kyubi. Jeriah wouldn't of entered the picture due Saruto's training being done by Kakashi. So Jeriah could of been long gone by the time the Chunin exam tournament happened. Also you forgot about Kabuto, he would of been fully aware of the fusion and there is no way he doesn't tell Orochimaru. Saruto never learns Sage Mode or the Rasengan, Sasuke never gets training from Orochimaru and since the Kyubi can be controlled by the Sharigan they will probably never befriend him and get him to help on his own. So I think at first he would be OP as hell but he will probably only end up matching the power level that Sasuke and Naruto ended up with on their own.

It's obvious they would be overpowered but I don't see them beating itachi and even if they did. I see them losing in the end because Obito would focus all his energy into killing this fusion because the death of itachi would force the Akatsuki to confront such a powerful opponent as a group.

I don’t know how realistic or unrealistic this fight is, but 10:03 the fight escalating at this point in the story would definitely not be convenient for the plot. Will probably make more sense for Saruto to just pass out handedly by Itachi. By the time Saruto wakes up, the Akatsuki duo will most likely be gone. Remember Itachi doesn’t actually want to capture the kyuubi, nor does he actually want to kill Sasuke(now Saruto).

I actually wrote a story like this kind of. So without watching yours yet here is what I did. A fusion jutus exists, but it can only be preformed if one person has Yin relese and one has Yang relese or with they have both. Now there are ways around this which are coppies of the Ying-yang rings which when touched together temporarily fuse people. The real ones result in permanent fusion. Anyways they managed to fuse together before the incidents where both of them were dying although they still lost Karama. The fusion being of an Uchiha and a Uzumaki actually worked to Unlock a some regular rinnegan. Unfortunately while fighting they are still really hurt and have to be taken to get healed. They can't win right now. The whole thing with Hagoromo happens like in the original but he makes them choose. He can permanently fuse them but they have to chose between two six tome rinnegan or the sage of six paths mode. If they choose to unfuse and each take the single powers and then reduse they would have both but only one six tome eye. Hagoromo will also give them his original ring to give to some people since the fusion is permanent with the rings and can just be passed on. Anyways they choose the permanent fusion at least in body since their minds now occupy one inner world but it's three separate minds do to Karama. In this form they no diff Madara and Kaguya is barely a problem

They would have The chakra of Indra, Ashura. the bloodline abilities of The Uchiha's Senju's and Uzumaki's, A Hashirama cell arm, The 9 tails/Kcm, Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, Duel powered Tomoe Rinnegan, Six paths Sage mode. Their mixing would buff each of those listed abilities drastically. They would have Sasuke's Genius and Naruto's Cunning. Access to the full skill and jutsu set of each other but amplified. And Black to yellow hair with Naturally very dark Blue eyes. Notable Jutsu's include, Chidori, Rasengan and all varients of either. Shadow clones that posess the Rinnegan/EMS. And a vast array of high powered jutsu's that with their new found perspectives would likely easily be combined to create new devastating powers. Such as Amaturasu infused Lightning Rasenshuriken and other stupidly powerful things along those lines. They would also quite likely develop Wood style Jutsu. But the most horrifying of all... Hashirama cell/chakra, Uzumaki chakra enhanced, Six paths Sage mode enhanced Perfect Susano'o. Which could then be wrapped around an enhanced Rinnegan/Sharingan six paths sage mode Kurama Chakra Avatar. That would in turn buff itself with Lightning chakra for improved speed and power. Which can be cloned.
