I'm 100% on board with this. It's perfectly normal to act on rage when you never have that opportunity to release your anger, and to not do that is why people fall to the dark side. But Kenobi is smart enough, because he's so disciplined, to allow the dark side to flow through him while also using what he learned on the light side, thus just acting upon the entire force. That's gotta be the deadliest thing- and Anakin was really the same way. The Jedi could not handle any form of rage so they banned it all. But here it seems like Anakin and Obi-Wan understood that more drastic measures may be necessary while still believing in the ones you love and those who need you. I like to call this "Obi-Wan Transforming/Growing" rather than turning to the dark side- and I think he would yield a red and blue blade- as now he is aware of all sides. Truthfully he an Anakin could go on to start their own temple of force users that are not jedi or sith but simply just The Temple of Force Users and learn how to help people use the force according to the individual's needs- as we know from school so many of use are grades behind dude to various issues and are picked on and not treated fairly until they drop out or are home schooled. Here, a master will be matched with the RIGHT student to help them reach their full potential, which includes light side and dark side lessons for all, and how to use each to win a battle or help them with various things in life. Just my opinion/fantasy haha. Also, for the rest of this story, I think Obi-Wan and Anakin will kill/arrest Dooku and Grievous, then present their findings and results to the Jedi temple, and propose their ideas for a new temple to the jedi council. Truthfully, they will probably have to kill anyone who disagrees and tries to kill them (most likely Mace since he's so arrogant and won't agree). But I think Yoda will actually agree and be open to learning all ways of the force. Once Yoda agrees I think the jedi council will transform into the Council of Force Users, and people from the dark and light sides can come to learn how to simply be the best they can be, and that will eliminate people from falling to either side as both sides will now be in everyone. This is such a crazy ass theory but that is how I would treat the world if we had a dark and light side warriors in our world. You must embrace EVERYTHING.
Love the comment. I think your ideas of them creating a new force wielding order would be more likely, but I decided to go in more of an action/wild route for the fun of it. I’m glad you explored this in such detail!
A part 2 would be excellent. Obi-Wan falling to the dark side I always love because it is so unexpected of him and no one would believe it unless they saw it
Dude, that was Fire. I loved the conflict with Anikin being like "WTF is going on?!" and "Dad Number two was a SITH ALL THIS TIME! MAKING ME A PUPPET TO HIS Will!". It was amazing, not to mention Obi-Wan realizing what how he fell to the dark side with the death of his loved one, it could do the same to Anikin. So 10/10, seems like they might go gray or dark Jedi. But not SITH 🤔
Hello there everybody! This was my first ever fan fiction and the reception has been awesome so far! Wasn’t sure if people would actually enjoy, but I’ll start cooking up a part 2 that will eventually happen! Thank you
Dude! Please, you can not leave us hanging on that kind of note. We need more 🤣 But I really love Obi Wan as a dark side wielder. His demeanor and attitude.
In one way it would be a good scare for Anakin in the event Obi Wan went fully into the dark side and becomes a new sith lord; not wanting to end up like Kenobi.
You had underestimated maul especially when you made him beg for mercy to obi wan. Maul only did that to sidious because he remembers his masters terrors.
That was awesome! I love thinking about alternative endings for the clone wars. I do see another path that might happen instead of this though. Obi-Wan wouldn't destroy his blue light saber or sit on the throne. He wouldn't necessarily become an evil man just because he embraced the dark side during his battle with Maul. I think he would leave the Jedi order to mourn Satine and help Bo-Katan uphold her sister's legacy while making Mangalore strong again. Palpatine would go to Anakin and try to convince him that his master was a threat to the Republic. Then who knows what would happen.
He would be far more likely to turn when qui-gon died. Mall shrouded the area in the dark side. Weakening obi-wans connection with the light. Obi-wan even used the dark side to defeat mall.
I love this what if but realistically obi wan giving in to hate would be off balance and maul would have an easier time against him, we saw a glimpse of that when maul was taunting him about killing qui gon in the episodes where he teams up with ventress to fight maul and savage
I never really thought about it , but Obi-Wan would have made a good Sith . He lies . He cheats. He steals . He kidnaps . He holds little loyalty . Sounds pretty Sithy to me .
I hope there will be a part 2!! I am so glad RU-vid recommended this video. Definitely subscribed. Keep up the amazing content. Hopefully this will end in a surprising way
I mean the fact that you have actual human emotions rather than espousing *baritone* and *robotic* dialogue puts you over.... other Star Wars channels, so I'd say go for it.
Pt 2 will probably be politics after stoping Dooku and Greavous there is still the droid production problem too and the separatists leaders and that Trench fellow.
Do a part two please possibly a Luke and Leia what if padiama was as strong as anikin what the results would've been both light and dark please would be highly interested
This was honestly such a more compelling story of turning to the dark side than Anakin's turn in Revenge of the Sith. The fact that Obi-Wan doesn't turn to the dark side here and Anakin turns in Revenge of the Sith simply because he took off Windu's arm really shows how shit of a character Anakin was. He didn't even kill anyone for Christs sake, but just decides to immediately turn evil for no reason. Obi-Wan on the other hand realistically should have turned to the dark side in just the way you described. The prequels had so much potential it's so sad.
