Vader didn't destroy Alderaan, he didn't even suggest that planet or relay the order...nor did the Emperor. Moff Tarkin made that decision. Also, in the books, Palpatine thought it was a mistake to pick Alderaan because of the favor they held in the senate.

Idk why so many people keep saying that Vader destroyed Leia's planet when it wasn't even Vader who ordered its destruction. If memory serves Vader just happen to be in the room when it happened, he literally just sorta stood there while the guy who was ACTUALLY in charge ordered the destruction of her planet. Heck I don't even remember if Vader even said anything that entire scene, I distinctly remember him just sorta standing there menacingly the entire time.

Technically, Tarkin was in command of the Death Star. He gave the order to destroy Alderann, not Vader. In the new canon, Vader didn't have Owen and Beru killed, he didn't even know they were the ones raising Luke. Other than that this is great!

That would have made for one hell of an awkward conversation on the Falcon. Luke: But Ben, you told me Vader betrayed and murdered my father. Vader: *WHAT?!*

Technically, it was Tarkin who ordered the destruction of Alderaan. Vader didn't stop him because his hands were tied, figuratively.

One small point... I will concede the Lars farm being on Vader, but the call to destroy Alderaan was Tarkin, all Tarkin... He made that call and due to Tarkin's status in the eyes of Palpatine, Vader could not have countermanded the order that Tarkin gave... In fact, Tarkin was one of only a few people Vader would take direction from...

This is absolutely unique, Mr. Pente Patrol. I love Vader choosing the redemption path but, simultaneously, holding accountability for his actions on what he did to innocent people he killed and tearing up a bit for this indeed an emotional story. An interesting tearjerking scenario. However it's kind of funny that Vader's supposed greatest crime - destruction of Alderaan - was not his doing and he never even supported the Death Star. Nice insert of Andor characters like Dedra. I just want to know what happened with Gallius Rax and the Sith Eternal since neither of them were mentioned. Exegol probably exploded when the Sith died but what about Operation Cinder?

Ah man Thrawn done dirty again. I think seeing the Empire was broken, he'd probably try his shot at joining the Republic military. He didn't, after all, join the Empire for his own ambitions, but for the chance to save his people.

I would imagine that if Anakin ended up surviving an encounter where he killed Palpatine he would definitely need a new suit. I gather that it's not something most would think about in reguards to how it goes from cutting the head off the empire to him probably in a bacta tank getting a new suit. That can be left up to interpretation. The reason I felt like adding thos was because of the idea of the design for a new suit. Ultimately it can look exceptionally different from his suit when he was Vader given that suit was intentionally designed with limitations by the emperor. I would imagine said suit would have some mechanical life support systems that can be rather different than the ones seen on his previous suit given that was old tech but alongside that baring some reblance to the armor he wore during his time fighting in the clone wars, but furthermore it's coloring bearing potentially silver/white as a primary color that I can easily see being debated for another color but the color I don't want to really debate to much is some yellow accents as a callback/reminder of his old jedi starfighter which only had yellow as a callback/reminder of his speeder from episode 1. Beautiful what if video though I just had this idea run across in my head while watching this and felt I couldn't resist but add my thoughts in the comments. I am curious as to see what people would make of the idea of a suit for Anakin post redemption. I mean god knows what the life support and tech would look like but calling back to more pleasent days with the asphects is a good idea I feel. I just want to have a better idea as to what that would look like.

Unusual what if but it could be fun What if one of the Clones (Such as Fives, Rex or Cody) was the Chosen One?

What if a character in the Legends continuity uses the World Between Worlds to change history, causing a divergence that creates the new Disney Canon? At what point do the two timelines diverge? Why would someone from Legends want to reset that timeline? Perhaps to spare the lives of the billions of lives lost in the Yuuzhan Vong invasion? Disney should have at least acknowledged and retconned the old EU continuity before going in a new direction. A story like this could have done this.

Bro I have a great fan fic idea: What if savage never died in TCW and lived on to train under maul until maul dies somehow (Vader, kenobi, sidious ect) then either Vader or sidious takes him up as their apprentice or new apprentice Please do this one it has so many possibilities and I would finally get to see one of the best cut off to early villains get more time to develop

What if Han died from being frozen in carbonite? What if Luke fell to his death at Cloud City? What if Obi-Wan and Anakin fought Dooku together at Genosis?

Personally I'd love to see how things would've played out if Anakin was personally trained by the best and they threw all their experiences behind Anakin from the entire high council of the Jedi and the best of the death watch in his training from birth like his mother actually got stuck on madalore instead of tatooween and was servant to the highest rank in death watch and they saw with their own eyes what Anakin was capable of as he grew but then was allowed to be a peace child to the Jedi high council for force training and how this would play out with all his masters loving him as if he'd been born family to them would he even consider falling to the dark side but his curiosity leading him to study all the sith Holocrons across the universe to actually find Tru balance in the force biased from master windows teaching to gain power of the the darkness in the others own dark side would that have still kept him on the side of the light and I'm talking about is each master unable to help themselves about taking full care to teach everything they possibly could deeply as they could in his treatment and training as if he actually was their own son and his mom safe on the planet because of the love they felt for him but shared upbringing with the best at the time and events staying as close to the actual time line still happening like his love for the mother of his children but being helped to be the father they needed for Luke and Leia and the out come when he trained Asoka how she'd have dealt with everything up front and nothing hidden like the concept of the the high council only not liking the marriage but finding nothing actually wrong with it due to studies in the high republic Jedi so they couldn't stop it and actually seeing the change in Anakin himself as he had something to openly fight for without a single secret before them both ways masters and Anakin this is my greatest question what would his fighting skills be would he reach his full potential would he became a dark Jedi using both side equally and fully what actually would the outcome be would he still fall to the darkness he did or what these could be a multitude of different ones as he could in one fall and a complete other stayed light and yet another would be some degree of the middle and what this would mean for Luke and Leia's training as father and children and how these each affected the greater galaxy as a whole you could include what if the mom was also a force user and the family stayed in tacked these set up what if the differed ones as well say she was raised a sith but still fell in love with this Anakin or if she'd been a Jedi and fell in love with the other Anakin and turned him or he'd turn her what would happen to Luke and Leia with these conditions and I wanted it biased by the time line for each and every movie all of them where they all interacted in different ways it's a big topic but thanks for hearing me out at least oh and would he have lost to anyone would some of the ones fell knowing Anakin in this like doocko would he still fell to the darkside

Anakin did not kill Padme. Sidious did. And someone just explaing who Anakin was and how the darkside can currupt you especially when there no one really teach you how to control your self when using such means. How it can blind you when you're untrained and as great as Anakin was he was too untrained to be using that much darkside power to really think about the reality of what was going on not to mention before all of that he was going slightly insane from all the trauma and lack of sleep. Catching up to him and having no one in an order of light side users that actually understood emotions. He was basically screwed and used.
