Ace of Base was my first album too!! I picked it as a prize for some school wrapping paper fundraiser. Also had a BMG and Columbia House subscription 🤣. AND I LOVE ALL THESE SONGS! The nostalgia is hitting so hard!

And I had a friend in college who would subscribe to Columbia House and then change the address after the delivery of the CD's. He did it with every person in my dorm I think. Had a huuuuuge CD collection that he never paid for.

8:49 "We didn't have auto-tune in the '90's" I'm gonna be that guy and point out that Believe by Cher, often sited as the first song to use auto-tune, came out in 1998. Your point still stands that that still means almost every other '90's song didn't use auto-tune, though.

I forgot how...weird the 90s were. Though I guess all decades seem super weird 30 years later. Another weird thing is that I still like new music now that I'm in my mid 30s? Of course, I grew up listening to old music as much as current music, and I listened to many genres. Guess that's why I'm still flexible. Eh, maybe that'll change and I'll become a stodgy old person that hates what the youngins are into, but it hasn't happened yet.
