The key difference between naruto and sasuke being sent back in time is that with sasuke, fate isn't trying to correct itself. In fact Fuu is actually encouraging drastically changing the timeline.
What if Boruto would be reborn with his memories and abilities I feel that with Boruto Two Blue Vortex and the events that have occurred in it thus far, would be quite interesting with this little twist or What if Eida was reborn with her memories This would be quite interesting as well as Eida could prevent a lot of things from happening and could significantly change the events of Two Blue Vortex for the better

WAIT ITACHI SHOULDN'T GET SICK IN THIS TIMELINE :O The reason Itachi got sick was because of using Tsukiyomi for 80+ years on his girlfriend, which basically aged his cells by 80 years. He did that Tsukiyomi on the night of the massacre to let her live her life, but this time he wouldn't have done it, meaning he won't be sick :DDD

If i was in sasukes place I would just say my mangekyo sharingan awakened when fighting haku and when orichimaru attacked me I was going to die when this weird old smelly man who said he is the sage of the six paths said its not my time and gave me the rinnegan however because of orochimarus two mangekyos I poured some of the rinnegans power into my mangekyo and it changed a bit and I now call it the eternal mangekyo I also felt a connection with itachi in the process and I then smoked that snake freak
The Mangekyo Sharingan requires _intense_ loss to awaken. There isn't anyone close to Sasuke that he has lost in this timeline yet. Itachi's alive. His clan is alive. Naruto's safe. Sakura's safe. Saying that would only incriminate him more. The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan can only be acquired through a sibling's eyes. If you have an EMS, you took your sibling's eyes. You can't pour chakra into the other eye to get one and anyone suspicious of Sasuke at this point would know that. And the Sage required specific circumstances to appear before Sasuke.
What about Both Naruto AND Sasuke Rebirth story? perhaps a Milestone What-if down the line that would really throw off Hagoromo seeing the incarnates of his sons restarting together
I'm really enjoying the series so far and good on Sasuke for Killing Orochimaru, a major mistake Naruto learned in his "what if" I wonder how he'll deal with the Akatsuki, I'm really hoping they survive because they're just so complex and sad just like Sasuke P.s. In the future, please do "what if Obito was reborn with his memories." I really wanna see that go down
Something Shippuden Sasuke should do is get the legendary uchiha fan as his weapon along with his sword. That would greatly boost his defense without needing susanoo. also I think this version of Sasuke should and would take care of Zetsu before he becomes an issue and try to talk Obito back to their side. Something Sasuke could've told Kakashi to ensure his identity is tell him Obito is alive
