What if Anakin had visions of order 66 instead of padme dying of childbirth? What if Anakin went undercover instead of Obi-Wan? What if tup was taken to the jedi temple instead of getting the atomic brain scan? What if order 66 was issued when anakin was on the mission with the Bad Batch.

Palpatine squirmed as Anakin walked towards him, wielding a pure blade. "Anakin, help me! Help me!" Palpatine pleaded, forgetting that this is not the same Anakin he last knew as his old age has been catching up to him.

I'm glad that even in this alternate ending, you still had Anakin fulfill the prophecy. It kind of goes to show thst no matter what happened that day, Anakin was still destined to bring balance to the force, and not just die there on Mustafar. Good story, man!

You mentioned Ahsoka and Maul. But why not have both of them go to save him? They both would be willing to have a truce if it meant taking down Sidious/saving Anakin. Having a prime example of the light and the dark around him would even him out in my opinion.

What if the rakatan empire came back in the clone wars? Like they were in stasis in the unknown regions and woke up, got their stuff and starting taking stuff in The unknown regions, saw the war going on and were like “hey it’s free real estate”

PPSW. As a double amputee, recovering from a recent surgery, thank you. Had a bad week, and came across this, and it was the lift my spirirt needed. I found myself identifying with Anakin, more than I ever have, as he was struggling to deal with multiple limb loss, and adapting to his prosthetics. The small moments and details are similar to my own, getting used to life with my metal leg, and carbon fiber feet. Details most gloss over in fiction. Just wanted to let you know it's appreciated. What if Darth sidious died from a heart attack right before he started order 66 but right after Anakin and 501 went to the Jedi Temple?

Wow! That's a wholesome theory today. Anakin's redemption is something you can't watch about without strong emotions. It was bittersweet and I loved it! Especially the ending, it was really, really amazing and wholesome. Thank you very much for your work!

What if Dooku and grievous permanently joined forces with maul?

What if instead of Anakin immediately seeking vengeance against Sidious, in this video, he goes into exile. I like the idea that he is dragging himself across the scorching rocks. Instead of being as burnt as he was at the end of episode 3, he is scarred due to dragging himself across the hot rocks and from Sidious' force lightning. Falling unconscious, he would wake in a bacta tank being tended to the local worker droids, who all have a sub routine to help injured biologicals. Though they do not have the skills or data capable of giving him new limbs. Anakin would have to guide the droids in the construction of his mechanical arm, built with the scrapped and damaged battle droids and local labor droids. Once he had his arm he would build his own legs. He would have a similar exile to that of Obi-wan, where he would cut himself off from the force. He would seek work as a scrapper/occasional mechanic. I am not sure that he would go to tatooine, if he truly doesn't like sand. I think he would go to one of the lesser known outer rim planets. He would want to go somewhere where no one would recognize him, and even tho he might not know anyone he would keep to himself. His nights would be plagued with images of younglings, Jedi knights and masters alike being cut down by his own lightsaber. He would dream of his duel with Obi-wan and seeing his old master walk away with his saber, his sith master abandoning him to die a slow horrible death, and padme. padme haunted his dreams the most. the dream might be nice at first but it always ended the same way, her grasping for air as he lifted her up into the air with the force. it wouldn't be years later, after the first death star had been destroyed, that he heard the name Skywalker again. He would overhear a hushed conversation between some spacers of how some guy named Luke Skywalker destroyed the death star and was quickly gaining prestige and rank within the rebel alliance. this would lead Anakin to go out and find this Luke Skywalker, but first there was someone he had to go see. cut to Anakin walking off of a public transport, heading toward padme's memorial grave. there he would weep and apologize and come to terms with what he did to her. it's there where he attempts to connect to the force. a violent wave of images come to him. all his nightmares one after another. it's to much to handle so he shuts himself off from the force again. clearly he is not ready to come to terms with ALL that he has done. but he is determined to find out if this Luke Skywalker is indeed his son... anyways I am sure y'all can imagine how everything goes after that. I just think that Anakin having a spiritual enlightenment as soon as he left by Sidious seemed rushed. Pente I love your stuff and I am excited to see what else you put out there and in no way am I trying to diss your story!

Anakin seems to have lesser injuries than canon, especially to torso and lungs. Arguably, crawling back would have failed then. But possibly like Grivous Vader had artificial asthma anyway. Gloomy meeting this former Jedi... thank you for this story.

I love this story. Gray Jedis are my favorite characters in all of Star Wars and Anakin becoming a gray jedi would’ve made a lot of sense. Anakin was destined to bring balance no matter what path he took; when he defeated Sidious in episode 3 he did just that, but him becoming a gray jedi which is the definition of balance makes a lot of sense.

Let make a drinking game every time "Anakin" is said take a drink.

He would either die or let's just say Ahsoka some how senses his pain and her and Rex save him I always wondered what would happen in this scenario.

-What if in SWTOR, Ochos of Oblivion didn’t happen and Vitiate/Valkrion return around the movies?(In the same vain of the Darth JarJar fic you did.) -What if The Rule of Two was abolished after the Clone Wars? -What if the Sith Empire returned during the Galactic Civil War instead of the Clone Wars? -What if Vader lived at the end of RotJ, not redeemed and in charge of the Imperial Remnant? -What if Anakin saved Mace Windu and stayed in the light during Order 66? -What if Thrawn was present during the Original Trilogy? -What if Anakin/Vader was a double agent and played the long game like your Rebel Thrawn fic? -What if Maul was found by the Jedi before Sidious? -What if Vader,Thrawn and Several Imperials started an Imperial Rebellion separate from the Rebels,which really took off around the DS1 destruction? -What if Vader never burned on Mustafar? -What if Grevious was a Republic General but still hated the Jedi? -What if Starkiller lived at the end of TFU1 and later trained the Skywalker Twins? -What if Lord Starkiller lived at the end of TFU1 dark side ending and ignoring the dlc, basically replacing Vader?

This kind of plot twist with Sideous abandoning Anakin would've made for a hell of a next few revenge movies

Just looking at sidious's responds to Anakin coming back was gold. Especially with the purified lightsaber that must have been a shock to Palpatine.

This was such an amazing video, seeing anakin rebuild himself from the ground up, overcoming all obsticals and finally living the happy life he always dreamed off, even without padme. He really came through for himself😊

I really like these what ifs. It's interesting to imagine Anakin becoming a neutral Force welder. Or a Gray Jedi as most people would like to call them. It's also interesting to see how the Empire might maintain but resemble more the Republic rather than the Empire we recognize. I do genuinely believe that Palpatine maintained and grew the empire as it is in the films. So if he died shortly after forming the empire, it makes sense the Empire would not become an authoritarian regime.

I loved this so much. Though, I feel it is a bit unrealisitc that Anakin would fall in love again. He loved Padme and would even think of her after everything was said and done.

What if the story of the game Force Unleashed was the canon version of how the rebel alliance formed? What if the game Dark Force was the canon version of the mission to steal the Death Star plans? I think that's the right game, it's just that Kyle Katarn also has to deal with an admiral who created Dark Troopers supersoldiers. What if Luke Skywalker was the main character of the PC game Rebel Assault II (aka "Rookie One")? He was just a rookie when he joined the rebel alliance in Episode IV, after all. What if the events of the SWTOR operation "Chamber of Eternity" happened during the clone war? I think it would be interesting to see both the GAR & the CIS fight for the newly discovered Belsavis and ultimately causing the awakening of the "infernal one" Soa (who also created/led the pureblood Sith species until the rebellion of Sith king Adas).

You know I don't know if artwork has been done for it - but a good illustration of Obi-Wan and Anakin embracing with tears running down their faces as Anakin says he's sorry would make a lot of fans well up with tears I think. I hope if they ever make a What If animation, such a scene would be made too. Excellent job!

One for each movie! What if Jar Jar was killed by Darth Maul on Tatooine? What if Padme fell in love with Obi-Wan instead of Anakin because of his speech about sand? What if Anakin going to the Dark Side actually saved Padme? What if Han Solo never existed? What if Rogue One didn't bother stealing the Death Star plans and they all joined the Empire? What if Luke liked life on Tatooine so much he didn't want to leave? What if Leia sold out the rebels to the Empire? What if no one could be bothered to rescue Han Solo? What if Rey knew who her family were? What if Luke wasn't where the map said he would be? What if Chewie killed Kylo Ren?

Honestly this is one of my favorite what ifs. Where Anakin loses to Obi-Wan but doesn't burn and even manages to make up for his mistakes.

Imagine if instead of taking back his children, Anakin lived under the guise as their uncle.

At first I though that Anakin would just die on Mustafar, but him surviving anyway makes sense. He is the chosen one after all and he can't die until he has fulfilled the prophesy. Although you could argue he would still indirectly do that if Luke were to defeat Palpatine instead of what happened in the movies.

This was the first fan fiction story that got me emotional near the end. Great job.

Anakin being abandoned by Sidious on Mustafar is a wake-up call; Anakin to see the true face of Palpatine and able to redeem himself without becoming vengeful 2.0 Maul, and what I really love about this video is how Anakin can have limbs again and able to reconcile with Obi-Wan and able love again with Dawes as his new love interest which is very interesting. That includes Anakin being more of a grey Jedi and able to calm down and more reasonable with Mindu, the vengeful one. This is a great story, Mr. Pente Patrol; please keep up the fantastic work and no matter what happens, always follow your heart to your passion. May the force be with you!

Honestly, if Darth Vader wasn't in the OT and thus didn't HAVE to survive and be Palpatine's second-in-command, this is probably what would have happened. Palpatine wanted Vader for his power, both to act as the Imperial enforcer and to fulfill his obligations to the Banite tradition to train a more powerful apprentice. In the suit, Vader was still quite powerful, but he no longer had the shear power Palpatine wanted. Palpatine would have discarded Vader and searched for another apprentice, likely taking the Grand Inquisitor as a temporary until he could find a suitable candidate.

I won't lie this is a great thought experiment. If Sidious threw Skywalker away then he could have possibly redeemed himself. And though never being a Jedi would be supportive and possibly helpful of the order. I so wish Quigon would have survived. Anakin would be a great dude without Obi-Wan. I find this story to be one of the best you have done.

I would love to see a video where you follow-up the events of Star Wars Infinities: What if Luke Didn't Destroy the Deathstar? In the comic, Leia is captured and then trained a sith, Luke believes Leia is dead and spends five years training with Yoda, Luke turns Leia and Vader back to the Light, Vader dies fighting Palpatine while Luke and Leia flee, and YODA HIJACKS THE DEATHSTAR AND CRASHES IT RIGHT ON TOP OF PALPATINE!
