I mean... his speed would also be 99. In the comics he’s able to run a 100m dash in like 4.5 seconds or something that’s a good 40 yard time. Doesn’t mean he’d keep up with someone like the hulk or quicksilver or characters who’re known for speed, but he’s going to beat any regular human. He’d also be a perfect QB since he’s strong enough to throw the ball a good 5 or 6 miles or more with ease and he’s been known to be extremely accurate as well. Pretty much he can play any position he wants and be the best in the league... so, just make him whoever touches the ball first.
