In epsiode 1 Nezuko broke free from muzan curse because of tanjiro making her remember him. But if doma found them then there are 2 things that might happen. If he sees nezuko as a demon then he won't mind and let nezuko kill tanjiro. Or doma will turn tanjiro as a demon as well. But giyu would die because when he arrives then doma will not hesitate to kill giyu. Tanjiro and nezuko might become uppermoon. since tanjiro and nezuko ate the blue spider lily then they will conquer the sun but they will both die because muzan will devour them. Meaning that Muzan wins.
