Is crazy how the USSR not surrended agaisnt the Axis...they lost all of West Russia and they still hold the Axis on Western Russia , the Allies just came later on and the Soviets started a giant comeback .
From my experiences, the Soviets capitals in order are Moscow, Leningrad, Stalingrad, Vladivostok. Without taking Vladivostok, you need to get about as far east as in line with Tibet to actually capitulate the Soviets.
I'm surprised Germany didn't win this one. Makes them far more balanced with their opposing enemies tho. What a comeback. Russia really was the turning tide in WW2, regardless of the horrendous losses they took. Thanks for making it ! I don't know if you did this other idea already, but what if : The Germans switched with china, but had the entirety of modern china borders. Obviously their tree would be useless for conquest, but I think that would be offset with their great technological advances early on. Also: poor Japan and poor italy in that "what if"
