About not having much of an intro/outro, I actually really like it. Minimal editing and just kind of talking normally and going wherever your conversation takes you (during speed builds) is really relaxing. I like listening to your videos while I'm studying or doing homework, or after a stressful day of school (like today). Just so you know, I like it :)

Build challenge: the number of objects you can use in a room = the number of rooms in the house. If you make a house with 5 rooms, you can only put 5 objects in each room. If you make a house with 15 rooms, you get to put 15 objects in each room. You can use a number randomizer to decide. Can use debug objects, but for decorations only.

Thanks for answering all these build mode questions because all the simmers seem to know these small features but if you gooole them nothing useful comes up.

I think that $20.000 make sense if the tiny house concept continues in the next games. The problem for me (especially in TS4) is the ground size. We can't change the world map but we don't have small grounds to build tiny houses. There is always that huge land space.

Build challenge: use the random number generator to determine how many floor tiles each room can have.

Ohm this is such a good idea!! I’ve also started a channel cause you inspire me to be the best I can be and I love you so much!!

This was helpful because there comes a point when I am playing with a family that I have too much money and I do not know what to spend it on. I tried staggering my payments, I tried starting with the low-income stuff and working my way up, I tried created side areas like a farm+greenhouse, a observatory, a home gym, etc etc but my Sims just living large and I do not know what to do with them because if I am not working hard then I get bored and want to switch families. Sidenote: I was also under the impression to not replace my appliances because one of my Sims was working on their Handiness skill. Maybe not the best idea but will change in the future

Things I always update when I can afford it: better beds and kitchen appliances. Because then they can spend less time sleeping and don't complain about food. Once you have that covered you can afford to spend more time on getting more money for other things.

this is really cool build ,I would LOVE to download this for maybe like a rags to riches or something or maybe download it for anyone I know that wants to play sims 😹

The first thing I do is go into build mode and use the color tabs and change the floors, walls, carpet/cabinets to a color more bright and appealing. That at least takes away the bareness and it is free.

Could you do a challenge where you have to choose like between the 3 most expensive of the 3 leaf expensive things. So you use the most or least expensive objects/wallpaper/flooring/landscaping etc.
