Sir what is ideal time to do re turp after failed void? Do you try alpha blockers for few days and consider re turp?

My prostate gland size 24 gm and PSA is 1.08 ng there is no bleeding and infection of prostate but urine passing 6 times at day and 2 Times at night . please inform me about TURP operation necessary for me. My age is 63 and my problem is blodder to stricture.

Dr sahib…. After turp exactly after two months urine flow again become weak.. in cystoscopy bladder neck narrowing was observed . However a neck surgery is done a days before.. will the issue shall be resolved now permanently.. Pl guide Thnx
